Although the food is good and there is outside seating, the staff does not make much of an effort to be hospitable. They go through the motions, without smile and seem as though they are unhappy in their work.

The manager of this site is very unprofessional
Should not be in fast food/customer service industry at all.. just the rudest I’ve ever encountered… I do not recommend this location to anyone. Spend you money where they treat you with respect..

The manager was rude. He was on the serving line and scolded me for not knowing what to ask for in the ā€œMoe’sā€ terminology! The cashier was annoyed because I did not leave a tip. I will go back to Chipotle.. better service and attitudes.

I went in there Oct 4th 2025 around 5:30 ish and the service was terrible. I went there to ask a simple question about a burrito and my rewards and the only guy with the black curly hair was super rude! The black girl was kind and the younger girl was nice but the guy was acting like I was an inconvenience to him! I couldn’t ask questions and when I did he put his head down like I was getting on his nerves so I told him I don’t want anything and I’m going to leave! I have always came to that Moe’s on Battleground but I will never spend my money at a place where I can’t ask simple questions!

Just the other day people came in the store standing in the front the workers were doing their job had a line the mane get busy cleaning to females rude kept mumbling talking crap when the works was doing there job to make sure all the customers got out

I had a really good experience here today. It was my first time here. I was greeted, they answered questions. They had a great combo special and a salsa bar. I enjoyed it. The food was really good. The rice was harder than I prefer but not a deal breaker. I’ll come back here. Thanks guys.

Chaising The Outdoors

No white meat chicken... Yet there was cooked white meat chicken behind the women in a tray ready to cut up and serve. Then she got an attitude with me for asking about it. I asked if I could get steak because I don't like how dark meat chicken taste and she said there will be an additional charge... So you have what I want but refuse to cut it up and serve it but I tell you I don't like dark meat chicken and still charge me more for the steak. Customer focus is clearly not important here and customer retention. Service was not good and chips were not good. Ingredients were mixed in with each other. I want be back at this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Moe’s location. I politely asked for a bowl with just a little adobo chicken since I’m particular about chicken texture, and the employee loaded it with way too much. When I asked if he could remove some, he aggressively grabbed the food with his hand and tossed it toward the trash in a way that felt disrespectful and rude. The attitude was completely uncalled for. At that point, I decided not to go through with the order and walked out. Customer service should never feel hostile; won’t be returning here.

Never had a problem with this Moe’s before but yesterday the rice in my burrito was really crunchy and they tried to charge me for a homewrecker when I got the Monday burrito special. So 3 stars feels accurate.
