Never had a problem with this Moe’s before but yesterday the rice in my burrito was really crunchy and they tried to charge me for a homewrecker when I got the Monday burrito special. So 3 stars feels accurate.
No one greeted me when I walked in like at other locations. It took three people to make the person in front of me's food, so no one was left to even take my order. When I did get my order ready, the guy couldn't tell me what was in the rice besides "spices" and "not onions." Also, they didn't have cookies. When my food was ready, someone just put it next to the salad bar without saying anything to me, and everyone disappeared into the back....
I was very disappointed with the amount of meat they give you on a quesadilla for the cost. It wasn't even a scoop so I asked for a little bit more and they said they would have to charge extra. The girl was kinda rude about it. I ended up essentially eating a cheese quesadilla with 3 chunks of chicken on it. I'll stick with Chipotle, they give you a hearty scoop of meat.
