I love moes usually but this time i definitely feel like i wasted my money. The food wasnt hot, cheese dip was cold, and rice both burritos was hard and crunchy.

Horrible service. Out of meet selection. Do not take pride in cooking the food. They served it cold even asking for it to be cooked longer.

Food was bland today. The restaurant was an absolute mess. Food all over all the tables. It may help if the 3 working there would take their earbuds out and do their jobs.

the gm smells like a bar floor, cigarette smell when you get close to the register, and more than once I’ve seen him yell at his employees in front of customers! do NOT go here

I would advise to just avoid this location. It’s not been clean for a while, food isn’t fresh, staff for the most part is never nice. Moe’s Monday use to be $7.99, now for 2 bowls on Monday it cost me $27, didn’t even have an itemized receipt to see what I was being charged for. Won’t be returning to this location.

Been to this location several times for Moe Monday. Almost every time I have visited this location has had several ingredients that are visibly old. This visit both rices, pinto beans lettuce and fresh onions looked terrible. Freezer burnt looking lettuce and onions, rice and beans looked like yesterday's batch. crunchy rice, dried beans. I will note that this is in the late morning when the store has not been open long. Will not be visiting this location anymore unfortunately.

Ok I love…used to love this Moes. It’s usually lively and more than one or two people working. Still with my mom after Macys. So they changed the pricing and specials. My mom orders and the chicken looks old and dry so does the black beans (as though someone burnt them and said whatever they’ll eat them). She fixed my mom’s tacos which cost $5 for 3 things inside not worth it. My mom wanted another one since they were very small. But they had a special that the lady didn’t ask my mom if she wanted 3 for $12, which still wasn’t worth it. She didn’t even fold it right. My turn and all I kept seeing was old crap so I asked for new chicken thinking she would replace everything but she didn’t so old hard rice, 2 lousy scoops of chicken that I think got more of the old chicken instead of the new one (why didn’t she throw out the old chicken I really don’t know) but she fixed the rest of my bowl without any issues. $25 it comes up to for 2 orders NOT WORTH IT!! The glass was dirty I didn’t get my hot salsa and there was no life in there as it used to be.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Everyone was friendly & the food was delicious. The chips were top tier perfectly cooked & the steak homewrecker was very tasty. My 1st time here but I'll be back.

The workers wouldn’t speak up, I asked the girl for a little bit of one of the ranch sauces and she squeezed 4 rings over everything, they put my stack on the grill and cooked one side for way too long and burned it, they barely wrapped my food in foil and then threw it in a dirty bag. The stack was disgusting and overfilled and the chips had an off taste. The workers didn’t seem put together either, it gave ghetto.

Unfortunately I don't have much to say nice about this Moe's. I've come here over and over again hoping each time that I had just gotten unlucky the time before, but at this point it's a clear pattern. This location has steadily gone downhill over the last couple years. They do not offer the drinks that other locations do and the soda machine has obvious problems that have never been addressed, making many drinks either unavailable or undrinkable and a huge pool of water stagnating on the floor around it. Also, I have eaten inside many times when most of the tables are very clearly dirty and the employees have very few customers in the entire time I've sat inside and still no one has cared to run out to the lobby and wipe down tables. On several occasions they have locked the doors FAR before the 9:00 close time listed. Tonight is another one of those nights which is what triggered me to finally post this review.

I have worked in fast & casual food before. so I understand that some employees want to make it a goal to get off as early as possible so they get the cleaning done early and put chairs up maybe 15 minutes til close time and if they happen to be by the door, they sometimes lock the door a few minutes prior to closing... However if a customer was to come by even one minute before closing, they would get served, even if that means quickly unlocking the pre-locked door and locking the door behind them right at close time if we have to wrap up our closing process after an especially hectic night.

Yet I have come to this location a full 10 to 15 minutes before closing time such as tonight and the door has already BEEN locked and they have already put all the ingredients away. The employees don't even care enough to give me a glance likely because they know they're in the wrong.

This is the last time I'll be coming here to this Moe's. I'd much rather go to the Wendover or Battleground locations where the staff is more polite, the drinks are better and even include lemonade, the stores are kept cleaner, and they close on time as their hours are listed.

These days, I get the kids' meal. It's cost savvy and hits the spot. It's a great way for me to get a snack rather than a whole meal that'll I'll probably not finish
