My experience tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Moes the workers were slamming the trays down and clearly not wanting to serve the guests. I came in at 7:15 pm on a Thursday.

Don't order online. Your order will be ignored. You get to sit there and watch everyone in line get their food when you ordered yours forty minutes ago.

I made a catering order online (taco bar) and overall it was a great service! The food was very good and the quantity was enough for my guests. I didn't need extras. After making the order online I received a phone call 10 minutes later confirming my order and adding some details. The day I picked-up the order, everything was there, neatly organized in bags and the service was very friendly and helpful. Compared to other restaurants that offer the same service (Chipotle, Salsaritas, etc.) Moe's was by far the cheapest and best in options and quantities. The service included wire warming stands, sterno heat and serving utensils, as well as plates, napkins and forks. I would definitely order with them again! For reference my order was for 26 guests, I ended up having 23 guests attending, and there were plenty of tortillas, meat, cheese and salsa left.

Every drink on the fountain was out. The chicken was dried out. Not very clean. Very disappointed. Will never eat here again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There is food litered everywhere. Tables are not wiped down trash is just pilled on top of each other. Food is slung around all over the counters. Trash is underneath the counter where the fountain drinks are. This place has gone way down hill since the remodel. They need a health inspector to inspect this place again because this is absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again. These photos don’t even scratch the surface of how nasty this place is. Very disappointing, they need to do better, I will be the savior of the people and let the people know these places are filthy. Sickening

Waited over a hour for an online order and finally received the food and it was COLD?! People who ordered at the counter were getting their orders first. I repeatedly asked for order updates and was never provided any just said to wait. When I finally heard something back they stated they were holding on steak but I received my bowl with literally 4 pieces of steak. I am very disappointed. This is my first and last time coming here.
