I 2 pounds of crabs legs from this place yesterday. It was a DoorDash delivery and the crabs had a strong ammonia smell coming from the crabs which means the crab was old and not safe to eat. I’m upset because I was not fully reimbursed from DoorDash but I’m thankful that I didn’t eat them and eat sick so please check your seafood if you purchase from here

I really hated to do this, but she pissed me off and I Think that this type of behavior needs to be displayed to people who patronize these people and spend their hard earned money. I purchased a half a pound of shrimp and a half a pound of blue crab. Keep in mind. I eat here all the time and I love this food but this day in particular they must’ve overcook the shrimp they were ( mushy)I asked can I change it to crab ( because they were good so i didn’t want money back ) she decided do give me back on her own. So about two months later i returned with my goddaughter, who is a teenager who loves Seafood so I took her to this place and the lady was completely rude to a kid because i didn’t want shrimp that were overcooked over two months ago. I Told her fine I won’t spend my money with you. There’s other crab places all over Greensboro just let her order referring to my God daughter who got so irritated with her and laid the menu down and asked if we could leave because she didn’t want to deal with her. I don’t like that if something is wrong they’re mad. You can’t get mad you’re Operating a business. I’ve Spent multiple dollars with this business and just because one - or few times wasn’t perfect don’t mean it’s a bad business it just mean that something wasn’t good that day and because I said something should not have caused this. She was flat out wrong and I’m glad I don’t have to spend money with people who can’t take Criticism from customers who keep them in business

It was my first time trying Mr.kirin since moving to the area, hands down the best Japanese food around. The price is amazing, the atmosphere is just so calming and enjoyable. Not only does Mr.kirin have Japanese food but seafood boils as well, I’m very impressed and will be definitely coming back along with spreading the word. 🤍🤍🤍

First time ordering hibachi from this location. Wanted something good after working a 12 hour shift. Ordered the hibachi ribeye steak and shrimp, paid $13.82 + $3 tip and received hibachi salmon and chicken. Not happy as I live 20 minutes away and by the time I checked they were closed. Bad first experience.

What I remember most about my visit here was the 5 star service. It’s extremely quick and the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. The seafood boil is great, and the hibachi is delicious. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed. It’s a bit of a hidden gem, but a gem nonetheless.

Ordered general tsos lunch and orange chicken lunch

General tsos had no flavor even though the sauce on it was bright red. Barely spicy like black pepper spicy. Had to add soy sauce to make it edible.
Orange chicken was okay sauce was good but wasn’t remarkable.

Miso tasted watered down

Best part was the passion fruit green tea with popping pearls. Only thing I’d recommend. Probably won’t be back

Awesome fresh Japanese food!! Loved it. Hidden gem. Went for lunch. Had hibachi shrimp and rice. Almost missed establishment from Pisgah Church Rd. Businesses there are hidden from view by trees in front from main street. Trim the trees! Put up a sign for all those businesses. Definitely going back. Alot!!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the area. Top quality high-end food. In a very relaxing atmosphere. I encourage all who can to give it a try and try a couple different things. Trust me you will be happy you did. Some of the best seafood and Japanese food in the triad hands down.
