The food is typically very good here, however I had a bad experience on my last visit. I ordered the market cut steak (ribeye) cooked medium rare. I was informed by our waiter than the first attempt was overcooked so I had to wait longer for a second steak to be cooked and even that one was overcooked with no seasoning and just no flavor at all. Natty’s has always been a favorite spot for us in downtown Greensboro, but we would like to mention some ‘much needed improvements’ that would greatly enhance your business: more comfortable seating (booth needs seat cushions), more variety in menu ( like blackened Brussel Sprouts, fresh veggies like carrots/celery/cucumbers, etc/ grilled cheese sandwich with different toppings?

We had a large party. My taco salad was terrible, no flavor, lettuce tasted old, hard black beans, no cheese, salsa was bland… just terrible. No taste. Waitress forgot our sauces, took 2 hours to get our food. The forgot one meal and we took it to go… didn’t want to wait any more. The drinks and sausage dip were good. Long long wait for food.
