FANTASTIC neighborhood bar! Love the location and ambiance. Cool retro chic vibe with great music. Didn’t have the opportunity to order food but the drinks were good. Service was pleasant but not as friendly as I expected. Overall great place!

The levels of expert cocktailery and hot doggery going on here are astronomical. It truly warmed my cold, cold heart.

I visited Neighbors for the second time this weekend. The first time I went was on a Wednesday night and was so lovely. This bar reminds me of my favorite bar back home up north and the two female bartenders I spoke to were so great I just had the best time.
The second time was on a Saturday and I was so pumped to go back! Far more packed and crowded than my first experience. There were many large groups, the music was loud, the vibes were fun. I ran into some old friends I haven’t seen in a while…and girls being girls, sure, we were a little loud at first sight. After a few seconds of excitement and hugs, it turned into talking and catching up. One male bartender rudely said “if we’re going to scream we should take it outside.” Ok weird we thought..but at this point we were just talking as normal as someone could in a loud bar with music, so we went about our discussions. A good 10 minutes later, the BOUNCER, walked by us and passive aggressively shouted “CAN YOU STOP SCREAMING!!!” The entire bar went quiet … and then he said “SEE WHATS IT SOUNDS LIKE WHEN ITS QUIET???!!”
I’ve worked in dozens and dozens of restaurants, bars, and have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years. I’ve never experienced anything like this before quite honestly. So we deserved to get scolded in front of an entire bar twice because we were having fun? At your bar? Buying your drinks , standing there talking and not hurting anyone? It left us all feeling so incredibly uncomfortable and we eventually left. Mind you, we all know each other from working at a restaurant in Greensboro!! So was the goal to get us to leave? Is that what you wanted? I really encourage you to talk to your staff about the importance of hospitality. It just wasn’t how we should have been treated and there was no need for the immense hostility. It sucks because I was so hopeful about this place and now I don’t know if I want to go back.
i could drink ten serious operators and eat ten veggie Chicago dogs and die the happiest man.

I have been to Neighbors 3 times now. It has been quite busy every visit, but totally worth the crowd and slightly undersized parking lot. The menu has solid variety, all kinds of dogs and meats, the fries are truly excellent. The cocktails are a big value, decent pricing with an excellent (huge) selection of cocktails. Wait staff/bartenders have been friendly and attentive. Even with a full/overfull bar you are never waiting more than 90-120 seconds to place an order. The kitchen staff can be seen through the window humming along quickly and quietly. The seating either inside or outside is excellent, you find your own spot and there are several different options/styles of seats/tables to use. The bathrooms are excellent, 4 or 5 single stalls, kept clean and smell free even later in the night.
Would happily be a regular here.

The food alone is enough to warrant a 5 star if im being honest...but their drink selection is worthy of the same rating also. This is a must try bar when coming to the Greensboro area. Through fully crafted and delicious cocktails, cheap canned beers, and some amazing hotdog varieties and even the chicago famous Italian beef! What a treat, and don't even get me started on the beef tallow fries or apple pie, just amazing.

Love this place!!! Drinks, atmosphere and food are immaculate!
Went to Neighbors for the first time last night. Have lived in Greensboro for three years now and always wanted to check it out. IDK what took us so long. Great food, vibe, drinks. Everything was soooo good. Glutinous but oh SO worth it. If I am having a cheat day, I am going to Neighbors. Nom nom nom. I’m still thinking about my meal last night, how good it was.
