The staff here has extremely poor awareness and skill. They're very slow at preparing the food and I sat waiting for 10 minutes for my order when it was already ready because the women who work here are so absent-minded. They just kept taking the next customer in line while my order sat behind them getting cold. Please I beg of you, hire a young man with some kitchen experience. I don't want these young women who have no idea what doing just waiting for an opportunity to use their phone making my food. It's such a simple task to just serve the orders as they come in. Maybe these girls should try to go find a job in a clothing store.

This place can't get an order right. It doesn't help that they take your bagel to the back to add your cream cheese/toppings. Go down the street to Greenfield's...better bagels and way better service.

The bagels and coffee are always so good. The workers are very nice and the service is fast. The tables are always clean and napkins/straws are in convenient places.
They aren’t what they used to be. Nothing is handled with car anymore and orders are constantly wrong. What a pity bc I used to love this place.

As a transplant from ny this brings back memories. Cutting class to go hang out. Grabbing breakfast from the poppy stores basically enjoying life. Great now im depressed lol. Sausage egg n cheese was great!
