Very disappointed in my ordering experience and quality of food. Placed an order in the morning for an 8pm delivery, by 8:30p I called the restaurant asking for details and they said they were so behind they would cancel my order, then 20 minutes later later I get a notification the food was out for delivery. My food was an hour late being delivered. Then I was even more disappointed when my order was wrong. The salad dressing was wrong flavor and pasta bowl incorrect. Do not recommend.

Extremely slow and unfriendly service tonight. Some people waited 45 min and then had to get their money back. They eventually stop taking orders because it was going to take an hour to 45 minutes for food.

Crappy food, crappy people who work here. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! They don't train you but expect you to know how to do things alone on your 1st and 2nd day of this incredibly low paying job. Everyone here has attitude issues and they're seemingly racist.

The place looked very promising from the start until it wasn’t. The food portions wasn’t good and neither was the food itself. Not to mention the long waiting. And what’s with the bad service from the employees? Don’t even get me started. This place isn’t good as it seems. I see the other reviews having the same problems as me so I’m not even gonna bother stating my experience. Terrible.

Everyone was very helpful and very attentive! The building was very clean and so was the bathroom. The food was excellent and fresh and hot. Will return!!
I cannot believe what we paid for a new menu item that was supposed to have chicken and four cheeses, and it was crap. I will never eat there again.

We brought our Regent University soccer team here after a game, and the man at the counter checked everyone out quickly and efficiently. He was very kind and helpful. He came and checked in on us as we were eating and we were finishing up. They got everything fast and accurately. Thanks so much for dinner!!

I am honestly concerned that this place has such high ratings. I put in am online order at 7:15 for pickup at 7:30. It is currently 7:50 and nothing is done. The two in the kitchen look like they couldn't care less, and are basically putzing back and forth. I worked at a noodles and co for 4 years a while back, and this is honestly unacceptable. We wanted something we could grab and go as we are in a rush, and this was SUCH a mistake. Get it together.
