Finally made it over to this location and I’m so glad I did!!! The red velvet was a hit and delicious! Super moist and not too sweet. The chocolate chips were a great surprise. The cream cheese frosting was amazing. I loved how quickly I was able to place the order and leave with my order. Thank you guys!

My family has purchased numerous cakes from the store in Charlotte and in Greensboro. Not once has anyone in the store told us about a reward card that is mentioned in several reviews.Disappointed; I'm sure with all the cakes we have purchased someone would have mentioned it.

Been here a few times and service was okay. Went back to place an order for the holidays and will "NEVER" go back. Was waited on by an employee named Casey who was just rude and very short towards me as if I was wasting and taking up her time. Don't use this location, choose High Point or Burlingtonlocation. Cakes are great. Nice variety
Their cakes are my favorite ever!! I've had all stages of the cake - bundtini, bundtlett, and the bigger sizes. My favorite is the birthday cake flavor. The cake stays delicious for days. The icing is heavenly! I came in for my birthday for a new bundlette- be sure to sign up to get a free one for yours! You earn reward points with each purchase. There are nice items to buy to go with your cake if you're gifting it to someone.

Me and my mother went there today for the first time ever and decided to try the red velvet cake and the raspberry lemon cake. The cakes are very delicious and moist!! However your cashiers could use a little bit of restraint with words they choose when speaking to customers. I was slightly offended by one of the cashiers. When deciding which cake I wanted the cashier asked if I were checking if I had enough money for the purchase. As if I couldn't afford to buy anything from there. Wouldn't have came in if I couldn't buy one?

I go here every time they send me a BOGO offer. Sign up for their emails and you'll receive them. The cakes are delicious. They have a plethora of flavors. They also have a punchcard reward program you can do and a birthday gift as well. Go here for a sweet treat or a last minute gift idea for that special someone you can't decide what to get for them. Get the cake. Let them eat cake!

Not sure why they still let customers in at 659 of past 7pm when I arrived they told me that they were taking pick up orders only I was clearly trying to use my birthday coupon which they give you 5 days to use which it should be at least a month so you don’t feel rushed. The cashier was about to take my order but could not bc the other cashier said no only pick up. Someone is lying but either way you lost a customer. Rushed here for my coupon to expire and let down. Just Great .

I had to get a last minute birthday cake for a party and Kiera a customer service rep assisted me. Kiera was so amazing and kind and took their time to give me many options. The party was a success. Those bundtlet flavors were amazing. My favorite the chocolate chip, oreo, confetti, & red velvet.

Walked in to get two bundlets. Asked for extra frosting. 15 mins later (I’m the only customer in the store)…I ask for refund. “Manager” comesFrom the back of the store….I guess to process the refund…never spoke to me…didn’t reallyAcknowledge me. Poor customerService skills.

These cakes are so delicious! We don't go often but know we are never disappointed with our order. Even the texture of the cake is smooth and spongy. The frosting is sweet so sometimes I scrape it and put aside. My favorite is white chocolate raspy. Just learned when you purchase a "Nothing Bunt Cakes " carry out bag for the small Bundt's you get a discount when purchasing 4. So worth it!!! Now that bag stays in my car for when I'm on that side of town or need it for a special treat I get a great treat with a great price. The staff is nice and helpful. The parking can be a challenge as the Friendly Center is very busy.
