Oakcrest has been my go-to, sit-down-&-relax, meal place since 2016. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Food is like "home-cooked." It's not gourmet, but "down-home" in quality. A lot of the diners are long-time customers, and many know each other.

Parking: Parking during busy time of day can be a little hectic but if you are patient it is worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: The wait staff are very good with children, just from listening to the surrounding conversations around me during my visits.

Went there to satisfy my craving for cabbage, walked in and no one was at the counter to. When the guy walked up to me and I told him that I was there pickup. He proceeded to ask about the email from the ordering, I had to go back out to the car to get my phone. Cabbage was unflavored and gross.

Breakfasted here several times. Overall very satisfying. This is a family restaurant that is very clean & comfortable. Seating I includes booths & tables. Staff is fast, attentive, & friendly. Menu is full of local favorites - my friend raves about their fried chicken livers! This is a place where you get an entree , 2 vegs & a bread as well as sandwiches, a la carte stuff & awesome breakfasts!Parking: Shares a parking lot with Natural Dog & Fleet Plummer, but is rather large.
