O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We had an excellent dinning experience… our waitress Nisha was awesome. She was very polite and attentive. In addition, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and options . She communicated well between the cooks and us about changes. Furthermore the manager came around twice while we were eating to see if everything was good and it was … food was great.

Stopped by while in Greensboro for business. Glad I did. My steak was perfectly prepared, "loaded" mashed potatoes, delicious and nice grilled asparagus. Great quality meal and well priced. My server Drew couldn't have been nicer and took good care to keep my wine glass filled and suggested the perfect dessert. Blueberry/ Raspberry Cobbler with vanilla ice cream ! (It was the most delicious thing I've ever had for dessert ) Will definitely return. *Thanks Drew*

This was my 1st experience here, I was impressed. The food was pretty good. They can do an upgrade on the Mac and cheese. Drew was our waiter, he was attentive and he also is a great bartender, we had the margaritas. Great job!!!! We will be back.

Andrew the bar tender did an excellent job. He is the master of multitasking. Even with a short staff Andrew manage to serve the customers and manage the bar at the same time. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious.Our personalized margarita were top notch.Last not least the kitchen Manager Simone came out to greet all the customers with a friendly smile. She is one in a million serving and doing managers duties. I recommend this restaurant it made me feel welcomed. It’s hard to find this type of excellent service nowadays. They both deserve a raise. ❤️

I can’t wait to give a review after the meal. Service is so slow that I hope to have finished before bed time. We are celebrating a wedding and have less than 20 people in our party. Is it so hard to have our drinks while waiting on something to happen? If this place is running on normal times then an F is deserved. No drinks after 15 minutes. Not batting even a base hit. ????

The food was good but the service provided by Andrew was great! The restaurant was short staffed but you wouldn’t have known it because Andrew was the best host, bartender and server. He served our table quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Many kudos to Andrew for wearing many hats this evening with a smile!!

If you want to get in and get out or just have a great dinner with good conversation go to this location. It is clean and the service is great. We have sat in the bar area as well as the dining area and both times our servers were amazing. We later found out they are sisters so that might be the key. Higher great staff and they pass it along to the customers. The menu has changed and the pork chops are amazing. The food was very good and hot. Many times you can tell food has sat in the back, but thanks to our great servers they were on it and made sure our drinks were constantly filled. Instead of standing around waiting in a long line next door, come to O'Charley's where the service is fast and the food is good.

Hard working staff and management team. Food was great. We went for their first trivia night challenge party and were very impressed. It was a lot of fun. Good friends and good food. Couldn’t ask for a better evening.

Our server Samantha was amazing. She always has a bright beautiful smile. Her smile greets you before she even opens her mouth. She is very tentative warm and inviting. She is an amazing host. She is the example of great customer service. Please make sure that when you visit you sit in her section.

Came here the other night with my wife and was NOT disappointed! Our server Codi was awesome. Attentive, kind and clearly a hard worker. We will most definitely be back, and hope to see our server again. Great food. Great people.

We had higher expectations for this place… I thought it was below apple bees quality as far as the food goes. The seats were dirty and there was dust on all the windows/blinds. It just felt dirty. I ordered the honey chicken dish. It was just okay. I don’t think I would come back.It’s worth mentioning the table next to us ordered shrimp and it came frozen in the middle… yikes.

Come here every year on my bday and it awesome everytime and the food was excellent

Soooo good. All the food was amazing !!! The staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed it! Wish we could give 10 stars !! We all liked what we got ribs, chicken tenders, burger, potatoes and fries. The kids meal is a lot of fun with the cotton candy fizz!
