We had an excellent dinning experience… our waitress Nisha was awesome. She was very polite and attentive. In addition, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and options . She communicated well between the cooks and us about changes. Furthermore the manager came around twice while we were eating to see if everything was good and it was … food was great.

Stopped by while in Greensboro for business. Glad I did. My steak was perfectly prepared, "loaded" mashed potatoes, delicious and nice grilled asparagus. Great quality meal and well priced. My server Drew couldn't have been nicer and took good care to keep my wine glass filled and suggested the perfect dessert. Blueberry/ Raspberry Cobbler with vanilla ice cream ! (It was the most delicious thing I've ever had for dessert ) Will definitely return. *Thanks Drew*

This was my 1st experience here, I was impressed. The food was pretty good. They can do an upgrade on the Mac and cheese. Drew was our waiter, he was attentive and he also is a great bartender, we had the margaritas. Great job!!!! We will be back.

Andrew the bar tender did an excellent job. He is the master of multitasking. Even with a short staff Andrew manage to serve the customers and manage the bar at the same time. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious.Our personalized margarita were top notch.Last not least the kitchen Manager Simone came out to greet all the customers with a friendly smile. She is one in a million serving and doing managers duties. I recommend this restaurant it made me feel welcomed. It’s hard to find this type of excellent service nowadays. They both deserve a raise. ❤️

I don't know when they changed their recipes, but the potato soup was TERRIBLE. It is clearly a can of Campbell's cheese soup with some bacon bits thrown in. It even looked brown. The mashed potatoes were cold. Honestly the best part of the meal were the rolls.

This is not a review I like to write. My husband had really like the O'Charley's in Mooresville area and was excited to try this one out. Should have read the reviews before coming. Our server was pleasant, the manager was very nice, the place was clean but dated. That's where the nice stopped. Food was not good. I'm not going to go into detail but we left with out finishing our meal. Not sure who their supplier is but our food was so processed, tasteless and fake. This chain needs an overhaul at least in the food department. Unfortunately for them we will not be going back.

I can’t wait to give a review after the meal. Service is so slow that I hope to have finished before bed time. We are celebrating a wedding and have less than 20 people in our party. Is it so hard to have our drinks while waiting on something to happen? If this place is running on normal times then an F is deserved. No drinks after 15 minutes. Not batting even a base hit. ????

This was my first visit to O'Charley's, but not the first for my wife and son. I tried to maintain a neutral attitude, but after an unreasonable wait at our table, the waiter showed up. After he brought us our appetizer, he disappeared. He told us on his return that bread was coming, but it never did. He brought us our appetizer plates AFTER we had finished the appetizer. When our food arrived, the only thing even warm was the loaded baked potato. There are few dishes worse than cold salmon. The waiter disappeared again. We didn't have anyone to complain to. He brought the check and disappeared again. I finally got up and found the manager at the bar so I could pay for the terrible meal and service. Would not recommend this place to anyone including my ex-wife. My rating would be a negative 5 if I could.

The food was good but the service provided by Andrew was great! The restaurant was short staffed but you wouldn’t have known it because Andrew was the best host, bartender and server. He served our table quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Many kudos to Andrew for wearing many hats this evening with a smile!!
If you want to get in and get out or just have a great dinner with good conversation go to this location. It is clean and the service is great. We have sat in the bar area as well as the dining area and both times our servers were amazing. We later found out they are sisters so that might be the key. Higher great staff and they pass it along to the customers. The menu has changed and the pork chops are amazing. The food was very good and hot. Many times you can tell food has sat in the back, but thanks to our great servers they were on it and made sure our drinks were constantly filled. Instead of standing around waiting in a long line next door, come to O'Charley's where the service is fast and the food is good.

I took my son here for dinner on a Saturday evening. Our waiter was Ty (Tymel). They had this coloring contest going on. When we were sat, my son began coloring for contest. We placed drink order around 5:24pm, I got a $4 hour margarita and got my son a water. The drinks came out fairly quickly. You get free rolls and they were tasty, especially with the butter. I placed our order at 5:35pm. I got my son a cheese pizza and broccoli as the side. I got the shrimp and crap as an appetizer. For my entree, I got the honey drizzled southern fried chicken with asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes. The Appetizer came around 5:48pm. Ty said they are working on entrees and it would be 5ish more minutes. The entrees canes at 5:58pm. I ordered a 2nd margarita, and it took a quite a bit little longer to arrive than my first one. My food was delicious. My only complaint would be the small amount of asparagus. My son enjoyed his food. We ended up staying about 2 hours because my son decided to take an hour to eat the little bit of broccoli he had. #VeggiesFirst
