Great location, setting and expansive menu. During the week this place is full of energy and good food. Unfortunately the weekends seem to be lacking. Fries and chips were room temp, energy was lacking. Hoping this was just a fluke.

Great vibes...classy but laid back atmosphere. Bartender was awesome although spacy at times. Had to get attention alot but still very nice. Food was quick and tasty. Great quality ?. The beer selection amazing alot to choose from and great names and flavors. I want to go back ASAP when it warms up. Very rustic candle lit type style. I love it.

We walked in and we were given menus and then forgotten about. We were looking around and trying to figure out if someone was supposed to come to us or we had to go to the bar. I tried asking someone and he answered me as he was turning to walk away. I couldn't hear what he was saying because it was loud. That was kind of the last straw. We didn't even want to try and order at the bar because we were just irritated at the situation. We're still not even sure if we were supposed to order at the bar or not. If you are then that should be clear when handing out menus.

I've been to this place a long time ago when I was a student at UNCG. I don't remember them having food so I wanted to give them another try. So for the prices I can't complain, but honestly i should have went to Hops. My burger was cooked right, but the Burger meat was very basic, it had no flavor. They had a decent beer selection but I'm more of a whiskey gal and my old fashioned was mediocre. I didn't see what our bartender made the old fashioned with. Speaking of bartender, our service was okay. It kind of felt like other's service was made more a priority over ours. We would walk up to the bar from our table to place an order, but our order or service would be taken last even though we have been waiting longer than other people. I'm glad to say I tried it, but I hate to say that I probably wouldn't return.

We were given a recommendation to check this place out as new residents to the area, and wow, what a mess. We came in for dinner and grabbed a couple of starters to kick off with before moving into main courses. We got the crab soup and the popcorn shrimp. The crab soup was ridiculously salty. My wife and I each took a single bite before pushing it away. I love salty foods, but it was inedible. The popcorn shrimp came out a few minutes later and was again, over the top salty, and soggy. Not at all crispy like you would expect from something fried. Rather than gamble on decent entrees, we paid our tab and went across the street for the rest of our meals. The cost of the food was stupidly high ($16 for a burrito) and the menu seemed poorly executed otherwise. Sure, this is a cute "neighborhood" restaurant but it failed spectacularly on appetizers and we couldn't justify hoping that mains were worth the cost. Save yourself the money and lack of quality everything.

Great bar! Food is higher quality than you’d expect from your average sports bar. Honestly, I like their burgers more than Hops or anywhere else I’ve tried in town. Also, probably the best bartender I’ve ever seen. She absolutely nailed it providing single handed service for a packed house during a premiere league game. Basically, a super hero level performance!
