Terrible and unrespectful about the time
I asked them twice how long it might take and they said 15 minutes maximum!

It's been half and hour I am waiting and they didn't bring the food

This is not sthe first time, another time for two cake they made me wait for 45 minutes and at the end they gave me another cake that was caming right out of the freezer!
If they want to sell these frozen stuff, why I should get from them? I can get it from Walmart

came in at 9pm to get some dinner with my partner, we were aware that they closed at 10, but didn’t think it’d be an issue since the parking lot still had a decent amount of cars (maybe 15 cars at most). we get greeted by this young lady which was nice, but once we get to the table our server, Jaydn, came up to us and got our drinks, and i ordered for 2 drinks while my partner got one. once she came to drop me off the one i had asked for the 2nd drink, and she asked for our order, we both asked for a salad, and we were clear about not having black olives nor tomatoes on the salad. the salad came out 3-5 mins after us ordering it which tomatoes and black olives. then the food came out like 5 mins later and the table was full with the salad bowl, the breadsticks and then the entrees. maybe 5-10 mins go by and she comes to us and asked if we were ready for a to go box !??? while we’re eating she’s sweeping with the lil vacuum they have and banging it against the table not too much but enough to get our attention. as i’m eating she’s DIRECTLY in front of me taking sugars and putting more into the caddy. why do that when we’re eating ?? i get they close at 10, and soon after she got sat with another table so what was the need of rushing us ? no refills on NOTHING. overall it was the worst experience and she very much didn’t get a tip as it wasn’t earned nor deserved.

Joshua , the manager was exceptionally accommodating and kind. We were seated immediately in an area that was closed but because I requested it specifically he then sent Cino over to seat us. Cino was very attentive and on point with ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. He provided everything the way we specifically asked. Thank you for this delightful dinner.

“I love ordering the chicken alfredo and garlic bread here — the food is always fresh, and I enjoy watching how they spin the cheese on top. The little games on the table device make the wait feel shorter and more fun. The food was definitely a 5/5 for me, the service was good at 4/5, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, a great visit.”

I don't appreciate the workers or management at this specific location. I'm highly disappointed because Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant for pasta, and I absolutely love the taste of the food I love the Salad and bread sticks. I will not return to this location until better workers and managers are set in place. I rather make my own delicious pasta at home then to eat at this specific location. I feel a lot of restaurants in general need to be shut down and rebuilt by people who are more genuine and worthy of running restaurants because the majority of people who be owning restaurants and even the workers I question deeply who do they think gave them authority to be in charge because I can guarantee it wasn't no Higher Powers and most of these people seem to belong in lower positions because people nowadays DO NOT know how to properly and gracefully run things people just do stuff and hire anybody. I would t be surprised if one day all these restaurants get shut down and taking over by people who deserves to be in charge.

We came here with family while visiting from out of town for my daughter’s fourth birthday. Let me just say had it not been for this special occasion and her love for Olive Garden we would have gotten up and left. The waiter was by far the rudest and most arrogant individual I have ever encountered. The young man should definitely improve on his people skills or maybe consider a job in the kitchen.
