Ozzie's Ice-Cream Shop

This is one of our family's favorite ice cream shops. The variety and flavors are top notch. Unfortunately, we were there today, and a young lady serving ice cream kept wiping or itching her face, hair, eyes, and nose with her serving gloves on. She also handled customer's money, and walked to a back room and opened a door all with the same gloves. Thankfully, by the time we got to the front of the line, she was no longer serving, or I would have asked her directly to wash her hands and switch her gloves! I was trying to find a manager to let them know the staff needs to be educated on proper glove use and hand washing, but I couldn't find anyone or a way to contact them online. I am putting it here, and I hope they can do some much needed education and oversight for their staff because the ice cream is really amazing and worth a drive!

Best ice cream spot in Greensboro! So many flavors to choose from and a friendly and attentive staff to scoop up each flavor.

Best ice cream spot in town! Adam and his crew serve up the fastest scoops and flavors in the triad! Friendly, simple atmosphere. Parking is limited, so just grab your cone and go down the road to enjoy the sunset on the lake. You won’t be disappointed by the amount of selections and friendly service!

Always a pleasure to stop by for an ice cream cone. Great service everyone is always super friendly and welcoming. Cute little ice cream shop with some indoor table games or outdoor seating area. I think they carry two different brands of ice cream and there’s a large selection.
Our house favorites are oatmeal, cream pie or mint moose tracks !!

We bought cookie doughs and graham central station as 1 combo and coconut with pistachios as another combo. We loved the quality and quantity of the ice cream. It's so creamy and tasty. It cost just 9 dollars. This is the first time I am trying Ozzies, I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. 😊 Thank you for the service.
