My GF was dashing and the guy working whoever he is was extremely rude to my gf. Essentially telling her she can’t take the order unless she could pronounce the customers name. On top of that he made racial remarks about her but when she tried to call up to complain they blocked her number. I will be making sure neither her or I, or anyone I know buys from here

Very disrespectful.... Called in a delivery order for their dinner special $11.99 after seeing their flyer at quality choice. No where on the flyer says that there's a $15 minimum for delivery. So I had to go over the flyer to see what extra to add to my order. I did want to stay on the phone as I go through the flyer so out of respect, I asked if I could call back. The owner got upset and hung up on me.
Great business practice!!!
I threw all the rest of their flyers that I could see in the hotel in the garbage.

Guy kept trying to force me off the phone and didn't want to give me the free pizza. My wife's food was burned and my grandmother's pasta was made with the trimmings of the chicken. The only thing that wasn't burned was the FREE cheese pizza. Would've never spent the $65.

This place needs to be shut. I ordered pizza at 11:30 pm after arriving at my hotel - expected delivery at 12:33 am. It's now 1:50 am no delivery. I called the restaurant, but there was no answer, and the Slice app has no answers, so basically, they stole over $60 from me. It has said "out for delivery' for over an hour and the restaurant is like 5 mins away. SMH!!

I ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone. Arrived very fast and HOT(considering the distance) . The prices were pocket friendly and the food was GREAT. I'm a huge foodie so I'll be back ?. (Also I placed my order over the phone...great customer service)

Ordered the calzone & hot Cajun wings. Was very tasty, price was fair, & delivered right to the hotel. Very nice sauce. Would certainly order again if I'm ever in Greensboro,NC again. Made the evening very enjoyable.
My best friend and I ordered from Palermo and had it delivered to a hotel in High Point. It was less than the 45 minutes they told us it would be. I ordered a 10 inch Veggie Pizza, he ordered a Meat Stromboli. Since we are from NYC, we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was and the size of the servings. It arrived fresh cooked and hot. Our delivery person was very friendly and so was the gentleman who took the order over the phone. Now that I've moved to High Point, I will be visiting them and ordering delivery as often as I can. And I certainly recommend them to everyone.
