Palm Berries açaí bowls are always really good, which is why I keep coming back. I did want to mention a small issue with the customer service, though. When I picked up my order, I asked about the extra granola I had requested, and the way it was handled felt a little dismissive. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the interaction came off a bit rude. I’ve noticed that the vibe can be hit or miss depending on who’s working — the women at the counter are always super friendly, but the guys sometimes seem less approachable

Everything is good. My whole family is hooked especially my little sister. I love the biscoff bowl, my sister loves the Dubai bowl, and my mom loves the sunset. They are not stingy on toppings. I take my friends here if I want something healthy but good. It’s a small space but with good vibes

The bowls are good. Came here twice already but be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes just for a bowl. Edited review: it should not take that long to make a smoothie bowl and I pre ordered online and when I got there is till had to wait 20-30 minutes

Palm Berries is a great place to get a Acai bowl or shake. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Lilly was especially helpful the first time we went here and weren't sure about the menu. The seating and decor make for a very pleasant place to enjoy your selection.
