Palm Berries açaí bowls are always really good, which is why I keep coming back. I did want to mention a small issue with the customer service, though. When I picked up my order, I asked about the extra granola I had requested, and the way it was handled felt a little dismissive. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the interaction came off a bit rude.

Everything is good. My whole family is hooked especially my little sister. I love the biscoff bowl, my sister loves the Dubai bowl, and my mom loves the sunset. They are not stingy on toppings. I take my friends here if I want something healthy but good. It’s a small space but with good vibes

The bowls are good. Came here twice already but be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes just for a bowl.
Edited review: it should not take that long to make a smoothie bowl and I pre ordered online and when I got there is till had to wait 20-30 minutes
