This was, as you can clearly see in the pic below, supposed to be an order for HALF LO MEIN ,HALF SUPER GREENS with TERIYAKI CHICKEN & SWEET FIRE CHICKEN BREAST. It was printed on the box Clear as day so how did they get it Sooo wrong. This was an online order for pickup.
I used the app to save time…big mistake and ended up adding time. I ordered in advance so the food would be ready when I arrived. It was not and clearly my order was ignored. I stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I watched everyone in line to order come and go, most entering long after I placed my order on the app. I asked about my order and was told when it was ready it would be on the pick up rack. 40 minutes after I ordered, it was placed on the pick up rack. When sat down to eat it….one of the meal containers was missing an entree. Had to bring it back ti the counter and was told that were now out of that entree and were cooking more and that they bagged my order PREMATURELY. I have a lot of words I could use to describe my order and experience…premature is definitely not one of them. What a terrible experience. Will not be back to this location and have lost faith in their mobile ordering app.
