I CAN IN THERE AND I order THE CHILLI. IT WAS NASTY.AND IT HAD SO MANY RED BEAN IN IT I HAD TO TAKE THEM OUT. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. ROUND THE TRASH BUN IT WAS NASTY

The lawndale location is always slow. They are out of everything each time I go and it takes forever. Its discouraging because I really like the food. The seating area was dirty and overall if my food didn't taste good I would have given a worse score.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The food is OK but the service is absolutely horrendous. The attitudes of cashiers and employees is seen as soon as you walk in the door. Accidentally ordered a drive-through order but the line would have taken me 45 minutes plus to get out of so I go inside to pick up my order of soup and they tell me they can’t give it to me Because it goes through the drive-through and I would have to go sit in the drive-through lane to pick up my food. You are literally making my soup at the same place as to go orders inside and you can’t just hand it to me? I ask for the order to be canceled and the cashier again says I can’t do that, You gotta do that with an attitude yet again. I walk out and call the manager Asking for a cancellation of the order. The manager then says why don’t you just come inside and grab it? Seriously? I was just inside.They Blatantly do not want to be at work and it is apparent from every employees face. I’ll take my money to any other Panera location, but this one. Half these employees don’t deserve a job

Picked up food for my wife and waited as I watched other people get their food that ordered after me. Then was asked what I ordered. I can't recommend this location. I'm not sure what the other locations are like but the service at the Lawndale location needs improvement.

These people do not know how to make coffee whatsoever. I have been here multiple times hoping it was a one time issue but its insanely bad . They cant draw a espresso shot dont know what the normal drinks are such as cappuchino americano and dont know that peoples shouldn't wait 20 min for a drink when there is no line. Managers please train your staff. I been a barista before and its not acceptable to be this bad .

I ordered thur doordash and there were a lot of missing items and incorrect items. I just think the employees really just don't care or pay attention. I used to enjoy panera breads food but the service is so bad I'm just not interested anymore

I ordered broccoli soup they said they were out they were also out of bread and charged me $1.49 upcharge for tomato bread to hand it to me not toasted not wrapped also I was told they were out of cheese American cheese for the grilled cheese the manager was rude but later apologized after she realized this was the third thing that I ordered I did not receive I asked for hot chocolate she informed me that I would have to go online to order it I informed her that I was not needless to say I'll eat at the Panera Bread in High Point on North Main it's always hot excellent. If they don't have what I want or they are out? They will accommodate you without being rude. And also I had to go in because they wasn't taking any more orders through the drive-thru unless it was through app of sort

I have NEVER seen the Panera at Lawndale this busy. Yes, we did have to wait 30 minutes for 2 Greek Salads but the staff was working hard turning out ALOT of orders and was very courteous to everyone's questions about their orders. Great job!
