I genuinely love this place, but the night staff don't keep the dining area clean whatsoever. It's a younger crew. They need to clean while their having a great time with one another working.

Ordered a You Pick Two for delivery last night and paid for the half slice of the Southwest Chicken Melt paired with Mac n cheese. The sandwich is supposed to come with chicken, onions, gouda cheese, cilantro and chipotle sauce. Received my order at home and realized that I was only provided a plain cheese sandwich with the wrong bread and no chicken or onions or any of the other condiments that are supposed to be on the sandwich that I paid for, which not to mention was $18 for delivery.

Ordered food. They have no sides except for apples which I’m allergic to. I asked to substitute with a cookie since they are out of chips, and everything and still they would not. This place gets a 1 star.

Placed an order for rapid pick up, I got a message saying my order was ready. I go in and they don’t have two of the items I ordered. No one called to tell me they were out of the items that were listed in the app, had to cancel my entire order because 2/3 things I ordered were not available and they told me my refund would be issued in 5 days, no apology or explanation given.

I've been here many times in the mornings, and the coffee urns are often empty at 8:30 in the morning. You have to go tell them, and then it may take 15 minutes before they bring more. And several times, the coffee is only lukewarm. Overall, seems poorly run...

We frrqent this location because the staff is so nice. During Covid, I'd have rated them 2 stars because it once took an hour tonget our food, but the past few months they've regained their previous good service.

It's time to gon ahead close this place and open something new. With new workers, it's run down, dirty and the service gets worst and worst. My to go order is always wrong. This time they forgot to put chicken on the sandwich, how do you just forget that. Told the young man and he said he didn't care.
