Stopped in today around 7am. The staff were ok. Not really welcoming. I ordered a hot cafe latte. I got my latte and sat down my the fireplace. I tried to sip my latte and it was scorching hot. Thankfully I didn't burn my tongue. I took the lid off and the steam shot in the air. I tried several times sipping it and the latte was still undrinkable. I had to empty some of the latte in the trash and add ice cubes. The ice cubes melted instantly. After adding lots of ice cubes, I was able my drink my latte.
The dining areas were very clean but then it was early in the morning. Parking was great but I know lunch time the parking will be difficult.

Went there, I can’t eat solids and asked the cashier if they had a blender to mix a broccoli cheddar soup and , she agreed to do it!! She was so kind, she have no idea what she did for me today. Her name is Ximena, so shout out to Ximena for her excellent customer service. 🥰

Panera Bread is consistently reliable, offering good food and a comfortable atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to bring your laptop and be productive, especially between swim meet sessions at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. With ample seating, free Wi-Fi, and a welcoming vibe, it’s a go-to for both work and a quick bite. I just wish they’d bring back my favorite—the chicken salad sandwich!

Panera, What Happened?
I’m honestly shocked by the complete lack of quality control at Panera. I ordered two salads for takeout, and what did I get? Bowls of plain lettuce. No toppings, no effort, just sad, flavorless greens tossed into a container and called a “salad.”
How does this even happen? Are there no checks in place to make sure orders are correct before they go out? I paid full price for what I could have gotten out of a bag of lettuce from the grocery store.
This wasn’t just disappointing—it was insulting. Panera used to stand for fresh, quality ingredients, but clearly, that’s no longer the case. I won’t be wasting my money here again until they figure out how to treat their customers with respect.
