I order a pick2 1/2 harvest medley salad and a broccoli and cheddar bread bowl. When I got my order I asked the lady for the salad dressing she told me she had already added the salad. This really upset me because at first my salad looked very dry so when I asked her for extra salad dressing she assured me that she added extra! And that’s when I really got upset! When I order a salad I prefer to add my own dressing. By the time I ate my soup and was ready to eat my salad it was very soggy and wilted. To be honest had she not ruined my salad by adding the dressing I would have been able to take it home and eat it when I was ready to do so rather than having to throw away more than half the salad because it was no longer edible!!!!!! Not cool!!! Never again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Listen to the other reviews, incorrect orders, horrible management and service. I had a pickup order placed and got home to realize something was missing. I then took the drive back with a receipt in hand to show the “manager”. He went to remake my 1/2 sandwich, I asked if I could receive a complimentary full sandwich for the trouble of my incorrect order….and I heard the workers telling the manager NO! COMPLIMENTARY?! And then a random employee came to tell me “we’re not allowed to give out complimentary sandwiches JUST pastries” (mind you this is not the manager) when I told him everyone in the store could hear what the employees in the back were saying..he didn’t care and just repeated if I would like a pastry. I replied “no but I will be calling the corporate number in the morning” and the employee shrugged and turned around to walk away. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I plan on reaching the district manager in the morning because obviously this is an ongoing issue.

Stopped in today around 7am. The staff were ok. Not really welcoming. I ordered a hot cafe latte. I got my latte and sat down my the fireplace. I tried to sip my latte and it was scorching hot. Thankfully I didn't burn my tongue. I took the lid off and the steam shot in the air. I tried several times sipping it and the latte was still undrinkable. I had to empty some of the latte in the trash and add ice cubes. The ice cubes melted instantly. After adding lots of ice cubes, I was able my drink my latte.
The dining areas were very clean but then it was early in the morning. Parking was great but I know lunch time the parking will be difficult.

It’s the perfect spot to bring your laptop and be productive, especially between swim meet sessions at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. With ample seating, free Wi-Fi, and a welcoming vibe, it’s a go-to for both work and a quick bite. I just wish they’d bring back my favorite—the chicken salad sandwich!
