This was my first visit at this location (I was here visiting). It didn’t take a long time to receive our orders, our soups were very warm, our sandwiches and salads were delicious and our blueberry lavender lemonade was delicious! The customer service was great as well, I will probably visit here again once I return to North Carolina.

Update 02/2025: The quality of service has dramatically decreased. Also...while in the bathroom noticed the soap dispenser had no soap. I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation?

The soup is delicious!

This location may be in a nice spot, and may have the clean typical look of a Panera, but the employees here were sadly rude.

I had a broken wrist and wanted to get breakfast for a family member...so I asked them to please bring my order out to my vehicle for curbside service. They refused, even after I explained my dilemma.

So .. if you have a disability; temporary or otherwise...don't expect any help so they can keep your business. Terrible!

We were there for an early lunch late lunch or early dinner the problem was the coffee needed to be remade three times but they fixed it every time there was a problem the sandwiches the soup the salads were all superb it was well worth it my scone even though it had been out most of the day was still a nice and fresh so I would recommend this place anytime especially when the cold weather they have a fireplace inside the building

Ordered food ahead of time on the app because I was in the area shopping. I get my food and head home. I’m 25 mins from this place. When I get home I see that my macaroni bowl is halfway full barely any in there and the bread on my sandwich is rock hard and burnt. I contacted manager and he never responded back on if they would remake food or not. Sent another email and still no response. DO NOT VISIT this location and if your have to check all items before you leave!

The place had been recommended to me a lot and I decided to come to try a good bread that is supposed to be strong, a serious mistake I ate a hard bread that could easily have been there for days, I do not recommend coming at all

I have eaten at this Panera location many times. Never exceptional but the food is usually ok. Yesterday I decided to go there and pick up a couple dinners. Mine was their Mediterranean salad. When I removed the plastic carton that contained the greens, hummus, peppers, onions cucumbers and chicken pieces I was shocked to see two plastic containers of the dressing thrown on top of the greens. The scoop of hummus was beneath the greens. This reminded me of slop! I watched the young man pick up a long roll of bread and literally twist a piece of the bread off and throw it in the bag. The bread was not wrapped, just thrown in the bag. I waded through about one third of it and it went in the waste can. I expected much better but find so many restaurants have forgotten many basic elements in running a restaurant since covid. I expected more from Panera Bread.

I love eating at Panera. I always get the Asian sesame chicken salad, broccoli Cheddar soup and usually a side of bread and tea. It costs $32 for the two of us which is fairly pricy. I can't eat out like this often, but love it when I do.

This location is gross. Thats the best way to describe it. The food always comes out incorrect and looks completely unappetizing.

It’s Panera. Pretty much like most other Panera’s. Food was good here, hot stuff was hot. Everything fresh. Lots of parking on the shopping center. No issues

Panera used to be one of my favorites, but I have been disappointed the past couple times I have been (like 2x in a year). We paid about $40 for 2 people and I was hungry an hour later. The portions are slim, store isn’t very clean, and customer service is mediocre at best. Best thing they have going now is WiFi.
