Panera Bread is always a great vibe for me when I want to get out of the house for some “me” breakfast/brunch time. I arrived at about 9:10am ordered an an egg and cheese sandwich and a coffee. I was able to pour and flavor my coffee AND get my modified breakfast sandwich within 5 minutes. Both the sandwich and coffee were great. I love the ambiance of this particular Panera to the other that’s closest to me. Light music, a fire place, plenty of seating options whether for one, a couple or a group up to 10. I like the booth nooks with the rounded tables. All in all, a great place to have breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.Parking: Free parking lot with spaces in the front, side and back of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible entrance to the building

Dirty tables, no soft drinks, no silverware with meal - had to ask for it. Just seems like 10 year olds are running the place compared to how it used to be. Always say I'm not going back but this time I mean it.

While I can count on a decent bowel of soup, I was shocked at the way this Panera has declined. The soda machine was "broken", the tables in the dining area had not been cleaned properly and the chairs were all over the place. The guys working the serving area were leaning and handed up my platter with the soup slipped all over the edge. Not sure who owns or operates this franchise, but they need to get on site and whip this place into shape. It's pathetic.

Got my order wrong. Put someone else's order in a bag with my name. Drive all the way home to discover the mistake. I drive back to get the correct order. They give me the correct order this time but left off the chicken from my salad. They didn't offer me the original order, I hope they didn't just throw it away. Not impressed.
I ordered take out from the app. got home abf was missing the mac and cheese clearly on my order and receipt. I did not have the time or the energy to drive back over- but wanted a refund for the item I didn't get- so I tried to call the store three times within an hour, and no one answered the phone! terrible customer service, not to answer the phone. All I wanted was my money back fir the item I didn't get-lesson learned. Check your order before you leave. But I will not be visiting this Panera anytime soon.

I ordered carry out food at counter for 3 people. When I arrived home, I realized one sandwich was not included with our order, no dressing was included for salads and salads consisted of only lettuce, chicken and almonds - not the Asian sesame salads I had ordered.

Hands down the worst Pantera I've ever been to. I will NEVER go back to this location. Fountain drinks were out of order. Out of baguettes and half the dining room was closed due to a roof leak. Absolutely horrible dinner. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

This location is truly a disgrace to well run Panera restaurants! It is dirty! Trash on tables and floors. Supply station under drink machines not kept up and not clean. Employees are mostly disinterested. Ice machine was broken. Pastries pretty much nonexistent.There didn't seem to even BE a manager on duty. This location and the Wendover location have deteriorated to the point we will not go back again.The one near the Palladium is fine.Food... Baguette was dried out Only shining light was the Strawberry Poppy seed salad.It was fresh and delicious and had a great amount t of ripe fresh friut in it and greens were fresh and crisp
