The cashier was very nice and patient as I was trying to make my choice on which desert to choose.

Food was good and well prepared. The only shortcoming was that this location at Moses Cone does not know to make a hot cappuccino or a latte. Inspite of providing directions about extra foam, all the drinks were the same - over loaded with milk and no foam. Need retraining on how make coffee drinks correctly.

I’m so sorry to share the bad experience I had after a long and stressful night at the hospital caring for a relative. I stopped by Panera for two coffees and some pastries, hoping for a quick and comforting break. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.
The two girls and one guy working at the time seemed more focused on chatting and laughing among themselves than helping customers. I stood waiting while they ignored me, and when I finally placed my order for two coffees, I had to repeat myself three times. They acted as if they didn’t understand me and showed no urgency or care.
One of the girls near the pastries refused to help me altogether and just walked off toward the kitchen, leaving the guy to handle everything. On top of that, the coffee was cold — clearly from the day before — and it tasted like nothing but water. I had to complain, which only added to my stress and disappointment.
I’ve always loved Panera, and this experience was truly disheartening. I will be calling corporate to report what happened. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve the service at this location, especially for people who are already going through tough moments at the hospital.

This was very misleading. We took a detour out of the highway only to find out that this Panera is located within a hospital.
We lost 20mins in our road trip.
Don't waste your time

This was the best Panera Bread store that I have visited . I am not from Carolina but there people were absolutely awesome, everything was clean. I didn't have to wait to have my order taken. The cashier was very patient, and full of suggestions. I will visit again

Shannon was great and my Cinnamon rolls and cookies were amazing, fresh and hot. Plus they have hot chocolate now which is so good. Loved it!

Yesterday, I ordered close to a $400 order for catering to be delivered today at noon. I received an email at 6:52am saying the order was canceled, but it has been a very busy day and I did not see the email until 12:30pm - while waiting around for my order. I reached out to the 1-800 number associated with catering. I provided my information and received a phone call from the location which is located in a hospital. Yes, a Panera Bread that in a hospital that is supposed to operate 24/7.
Anyways, I just spoke with a Santingo that said they dropped the ball on their end by not calling me to check the time of delivery instead of assuming I meant 12:00am (midnight) instead of 12:00pm (noon). He explained that the 3rd shift manager should have left a note for the morning team to contact me before canceling. He said they are short staff on weekend and usually cannot fill catering orders. He claims he could not put his manager on the phone because she was “too busy”. Eventually, a lady came on the phone and said the manager will call me back. I then asked for the information to reach out to the owner since this is an independently owned and operated Panera. I was hung up on. Overall, crappy experience and I spend thousands of dollars a month with Panera in the Raleigh area, but this recent experience in Greensboro has rubbed me completely wrong. Thankful for Domino’s on Alamance Church Road that came through within 40 minutes with 20 pizzas to save the day for the event.

Waited 20 minutes for a warm supposed to be toasted bagel and cookie. Coffee was old and lukewarm. This is why I don't care for Panera, never had anything decent in the past either.
I am very disappointed with what i heard when my son came back to my hospital room. I have raised him to respect everyone regardless of race or color. That its not about what you look like but how you treat those around you. I believe the women working there today was either not very nice people or what I suspect it that they treated him with disrespect because of hus color. I would just like for them to know that that is not necessary because YOU don't know him. White people may have disrespected you in the past but i believe in karma ladies, so what you sew you will indeed reep. So if you like being treated with disrespect, go ahead and disrespect all you want, but know that people see how you act and judge you accordingly.

Customers have more customer service and friendlier than staff/employees of Panera.
Me: Goodmorning , could I have my caramel latte remade. It’s not hot and tastes like only milk.
Male Employee: (stares me down for a minute)…..I mean , I made It and I’m just gonna make it the same way..
Me: oh ok…..Well if it’s going to made the same way, no worries. Please refund and thank you.
He leaves, says his manager will come up to process refund.I never see management and never received my coffee or refund..
Been coming here for a year and I believe the staff hate their jobs. I rarely get appropriate customer service. I’m lucky if someone actually offers to take my order vs me having to flag someone down…would use self serve kiosk, but system says they have the food item and then my order gets cancelled because they don’t…Wish there was a way to improve their experiences so it didn’t reflect so poorly back on customers.
