I am very disappointed with what i heard when my son came back to my hospital room. I have raised him to respect everyone regardless of race or color. That its not about what you look like but how you treat those around you. I believe the women working there today was either not very nice people or what I suspect it that they treated him with disrespect because of hus color. I would just like for them to know that that is not necessary because YOU don't know him. White people may have disrespected you in the past but i believe in karma ladies, so what you sew you will indeed reep. So if you like being treated with disrespect, go ahead and disrespect all you want, but know that people see how you act and judge you accordingly.

Male Employee: (stares me down for a minute)…..I mean , I made It and I’m just gonna make it the same way..

He leaves, says his manager will come up to process refund.I never see management and never received my coffee or refund..
Been coming here for a year and I believe the staff hate their jobs. I rarely get appropriate customer service. I’m lucky if someone actually offers to take my order vs me having to flag someone down…would use self serve kiosk, but system says they have the food item and then my order gets cancelled because they don’t…Wish there was a way to improve their experiences so it didn’t reflect so poorly back on customers.

Reading the reviews I am glad most of my food has been good. With the exception of the bagel I ordered this morning. My order was all wrong. I ordered a plain bagel cut in half NOT toasted with 2 containers of cream cheese. She gave me a blueberry bagel that was toasted and only one thing of cream cheese that they charge over a dollar for. Prices are too high. So make sure you get everything you order and that it's right.Staff for day and night shift is horrible. Employees barely acknowledge that you are there and could care less about friendliness towards customers. And appearance is also lacking at this location. An employee was cleaning up a mess on the floor and had a thong riding halfway up her back. I was disgusted.Don't go here and waste your hard earned money unless you are absolutely desperate for something to eat. Makes McDonald's seem like a luxury restaurant in comparison.

They never have the things they suppose to have like their chicken noodle soup!!! The third shift workers are rude and unprofessional!!! PLEASE HELP THEM GET SOME CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!!!

Very rude young lady with blonde fake weed hair nasty attitude earring in nose. Asked can I get my danish warm told me no there is a microwave on another floor when i just finished walking all over hospital to find this place. I even left a tip not knowing I wàs gonna get this service so ask for refund which I got didn't get very out rated but I was disappointed. Then she said I can't throw it away. I said find a way like you told me to find a way to warm a cold bear claw Very ghetto atmosphere.
Everything that we had was horrible. We got our money back for all 3 meals.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 non toasted with plain cream cheese bagels. Staff barely cut them in half, with a packet of the cream cheese tossed onto the tray.Really? This was the service After I asked about my order 3 times& 3 different employees said bagels weren't their job.Plus their prices have gone up while the quality has gone down.

Don't order flat bread pizza. Sauce tasted like buffalo sauce. When I asked if the sauce was right, they just made me another one of the same. Won't make that mistake again.
