Expensive and out of spoons and other stuff all the time so I end up having to go to the cafeteria anyway. Why is this even here? Just give us a Starbucks š¤£
Placed an order, requested my bagel be bread sliced and toasted, needless to say i was told bagels dont go in the bread slicer then i was given less than the total i paid and the food i had made me sick and i shared my meal with my partner and needless to say we both didnāt feel well. I gave it one stars for food because it was only my food that tasted good but getting a stomach bug was not accounted for.

My wife that just gave birth was craving a Panera cookie & coffee so we Walked in, employee was busy in the lobby restocking, no welcome in no nothing⦠walked up to the line to order, employee walked from the back with a mean mugged face & didnāt ask if we needed help, we waited a couple seconds to see if they were going to attend up & nothing ! So we walked out. I would rather drive out of my way to get something else from another business. Panera prices are too high to not have great service.

During a recent visit to see a friend in the Moses Cone hospital, I stopped at this Panera location to grab us some chicken noodle soup. Weāre both frequent Panera customers, and we noticed the noodles had a unusual taste. It was different from what weāre used to, and truthfully, the broth had an unexpected, slightly metallic taste that differed significantly from the usual chicken noodle soup. It looked fine but I decided to return it..
The employee I spoke to wasnāt particularly understanding. They seemed disinterested and sighed repeatedly. They didnāt smile or give a warm greeting.
They mentioned the soup is made fresh in house with locally sourced ingredients due to the hospital locationās standards.. while I appreciate the commitment to quality for patients, I havenāt encountered this practice at other Panera bread locations. Iām also a bit skeptical about the ālocally sourcedā claim.
I did receive a refund, which I appreciate.
I hope Panera will investigate the ingredient sourcing and preparation procedure at tihs location to ensure quality and provide additional customer service training.

The cashier was very nice and patient as I was trying to make my choice on which desert to choose.

Food was good and well prepared. The only shortcoming was that this location at Moses Cone does not know to make a hot cappuccino or a latte. Inspite of providing directions about extra foam, all the drinks were the same - over loaded with milk and no foam. Need retraining on how make coffee drinks correctly.

Iām so sorry to share the bad experience I had after a long and stressful night at the hospital caring for a relative. I stopped by Panera for two coffees and some pastries, hoping for a quick and comforting break. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.
The two girls and one guy working at the time seemed more focused on chatting and laughing among themselves than helping customers. I stood waiting while they ignored me, and when I finally placed my order for two coffees, I had to repeat myself three times. They acted as if they didnāt understand me and showed no urgency or care.
One of the girls near the pastries refused to help me altogether and just walked off toward the kitchen, leaving the guy to handle everything. On top of that, the coffee was cold ā clearly from the day before ā and it tasted like nothing but water. I had to complain, which only added to my stress and disappointment.
Iāve always loved Panera, and this experience was truly disheartening. I will be calling corporate to report what happened. I sincerely hope they take steps to improve the service at this location, especially for people who are already going through tough moments at the hospital.

This was very misleading. We took a detour out of the highway only to find out that this Panera is located within a hospital.
We lost 20mins in our road trip.
Don't waste your time

This was the best Panera Bread store that I have visited . I am not from Carolina but there people were absolutely awesome, everything was clean. I didn't have to wait to have my order taken. The cashier was very patient, and full of suggestions. I will visit again

Shannon was great and my Cinnamon rolls and cookies were amazing, fresh and hot. Plus they have hot chocolate now which is so good. Loved it!
