Reading the reviews I am glad most of my food has been good. With the exception of the bagel I ordered this morning. My order was all wrong. I ordered a plain bagel cut in half NOT toasted with 2 containers of cream cheese. She gave me a blueberry bagel that was toasted and only one thing of cream cheese that they charge over a dollar for. Prices are too high. So make sure you get everything you order and that it's right.Staff for day and night shift is horrible. Employees barely acknowledge that you are there and could care less about friendliness towards customers. And appearance is also lacking at this location. An employee was cleaning up a mess on the floor and had a thong riding halfway up her back. I was disgusted.Don't go here and waste your hard earned money unless you are absolutely desperate for something to eat. Makes McDonald's seem like a luxury restaurant in comparison.

They never have the things they suppose to have like their chicken noodle soup!!! The third shift workers are rude and unprofessional!!! PLEASE HELP THEM GET SOME CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!!!

Very rude young lady with blonde fake weed hair nasty attitude earring in nose. Asked can I get my danish warm told me no there is a microwave on another floor when i just finished walking all over hospital to find this place. I even left a tip not knowing I wàs gonna get this service so ask for refund which I got didn't get very out rated but I was disappointed. Then she said I can't throw it away. I said find a way like you told me to find a way to warm a cold bear claw Very ghetto atmosphere.
Everything that we had was horrible. We got our money back for all 3 meals.

My go to for a quick lunch. I love the bread as music or more than the actual food (and who needs an apple). Service can be slow sometimes but the menu items and food quality are pretty consistent.

Yuck, my sparsely filled Mediterranean sub order looked nothing like the picture, nor dit it taste worth the calories. I wouldn't even share it; It when straight into the garbage. I ordered takeout or I would have sent it back!

Waited 20 minutes for 2 non toasted with plain cream cheese bagels. Staff barely cut them in half, with a packet of the cream cheese tossed onto the tray.Really? This was the service After I asked about my order 3 times& 3 different employees said bagels weren't their job.Plus their prices have gone up while the quality has gone down.
Don't order flat bread pizza. Sauce tasted like buffalo sauce. When I asked if the sauce was right, they just made me another one of the same. Won't make that mistake again.

Today I was visiting the store I ordered my food. I tipped the cashier. I ask for my food and a short lady like 170 pounds came out and because I ask for my food she got very mad , and I feel intimidated. She has braids.It is not a good costumer services and she can be a thread for your business.That happen like 5:30 pm today 6/8/23I don’t want to go back.

I ordered a broccoli mac and cheese. Got back upstairs to the waiting room to eat it and it was cold - you could tell the frozen broccoli had been added without being heated. Literally had ice crystals in the broccoli which made the mac and cheese cold when added.

Worst Panera experience. First of all, in Hospital grounds, which is not clear when you order online. Then, it takes a PhD degree to find the correct entrance, then the correct parking lot to be able to access it. After the 25 min it took to do all that and finally get to it, order was picked up AND.....yes you guessed it. It was incomplete with missing item. It was a really awful experience.
