Pantry Fried Chicken #3

After a long day of work my husband and I visited this restaurant to gather chicken for our love ones. The gentleman whom was operating the restaurant at the time advised us that the chicken was cooked over 1hour and 30 mins ago. He then advised when asked again, just to ensure we heard currently that, “HE CAN NOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE TIME” ! We then asked for fresh chicken to be cooked and was advised THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO SO!!!!!! This is definitely a good safety issue and should be address quickly. Serving customers chicken that has been sitting around is a safety issues and should be addressed quickly! I will definitely be contacting the health department regarding this issue! Please be mindful!

The chicken livers (2 orders) were hard and very dried out. It was as though they had reached the hold time and longer. My coworkers were very frustrated and disappointed.

Fried wings and potato wedges are flavorful, crispy and simply delicious. Your choice of sauces but sweet & spicy to go for. Looking forward to trying other options. Friendly service - order head!!

would give zero stars if I could. Pantry Fried Chicken blatantly overcharged me, and after multiple calls and in-person visits, they still refuse to resolve the issue.

Each time I reached out, I was either given the runaround or told someone would “get back to me” — spoiler alert, they never did. It’s beyond frustrating when a business takes your money unfairly and then shows zero interest in making things right.

The lack of accountability is astounding. They clearly don’t care about their customers or maintaining any semblance of integrity. If you enjoy being overcharged and ignored, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money to a business that values honesty and respect.

Pantry Fried Chicken, do better.

Chicken old and dried out, taters was okay, and the okra was should not have been put in a container but should have been thrown away. The only thing that I could give a star for was the soda and the container that the food was sent in! The workers should have been better than that, not what I expected at all!!!!!!!

Not a fancy place and I don't typically think of getting good food at a gas station. However, this place is a hidden treasure. My go-to is the gizzard combo. Always hot, fresh and tasty. Large portion for the price.

Pantry Fried Chicken is one of the best chicken places I’ve had in a while! You good a good amount of food for a reasonable price and customer service is amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful to make sure you leave happy!
