Ordered online, app said pizza arrived, just not at my door. Called E Cone location and was put in touch with a "manager" who got all belly hone girl nasty with me and informed me I live in a bad neighborhood and things happen. I don't live in a bad neighborhood and Apts and bldgs are clearly marked. For a manager no one should get that getto with a customer. My order was 25 min late when it showed "delivered" and I was ask to go look at other Apts to see if they had my order. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE, NASTY GETTO MGRS AND SERVICE.

My son took the survey at the end of the order. He thought 1 was the best score- I want to not they get a 5 ? the woman was polite, repeated my order, and offered to us a special or sides (which we didn’t want but as someone who has worked in corporate for years I appreciate!)
