If I can rate it 0 stars it would. If I gotten my food then I would be able to rate it but I never got my food and I ordered it an hour before it closed. Then they ask about the service, I called 30 minutes after I ordered and the guy that worked there lied and said it was being delivered, 30 minutes go by and they close and go home. Smfh. Worse experience ever. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever gotten from Papa John's. There was hardly any sauce, all dough. It was very small to be a large, but the guy behind the counter said it was supposed to look like that.The pizza is usually good here.

Horribly run restaurant. My family does not eat pork. Not only did they get my order wrong but when i called to see if they would try and rectify the situation, they repeatedly picked up the receiver and hung it up.

I tried to call ahead and set up a contactless pickup at this location and was rudely told by a manager that they would leave my food sitting outside and that they wouldnt be reponsible if somebody took it.After calling corporate, they ended up leaving the food on the hood of my car as requested. I tried to help keep their workers safe, and was instead treated as though I was being unreasonable and demanding

Got a pizza today and it looked horrible went to get my remake and one of the workers got defensive saying that they pizzas supposed to look like garbage it’s like I paid almost 30 dollars I expect better quailty explains why they not the pizza of the NFL anymore

Man pizza was made fresh and customer service was incredible ?. I drive from McLeansville to cone Blvd in Greensboro and with gas prices, yeah it's like that!!!

If I can score them a zero I will epic pizza it’s not what the say it is. I want my money back never again and I ask for extra sauce and it was still dry and I told her extra sauce three times
I don't know who was cooking at Papa John's on 8/20 but they need a raise! I heard that if you don't like the papadilla sandwich it's because you haven't had one made right. WELL-- I ordered the Philly cheese steak from the Cone Blvd store in Greensboro. It was piping hot, there was No skimping on ingredients and everything tasted fresh. The green pepper had some crunch and I was amazed how all those flavors worked together to create that HAPPY in my mouth!! Great job to the team. I had some substitutions on my dipping sauces and they were all perfect. The rest of my order was papa good, but that sandwich was the clincher that will keep me ordering.

Everytime i order from here i ask for For Pacific instructions because I have Lupus and I can't eat underdone food For Pacific instructions because I have Lupus and I can't eat underdone food or doughy food. The manager Samamtha hung up on this last time.. Ordered 4 pizzas for friends and family get together and had to take 3 back... I feel i am paying my monies and i should get the quality of food i ordered.. Nasty food... Nasty manger to hang up on a pying customer..
