Ordered directly from the pizza site and they used DoorDash to deliver. The order arrived with the seal broken and a SLICE OF PIZZA WAS MISSING! We immediately called the store and was put on hold repeatedly. We finally spoke to the store manager who was extremely rude and short with us. When we asked for a refund of the pizza and for a fresh one to be delivered, he told us it was one or the other despite the inconvenience. He then told us he would refund the drink (a whole $3) and hung up on me while I was asking him a question. Do not recommend. Do not spend your hard earned money here for tampered food and poor customer service

Unfortunately not a good night tonight. I order frequently, but tonight only q pizza of 2 arrived. Door Dasher claims it was all they gave him. I thought they were to verify orders before leaving the location. I really wish Door Dash would reconsider pre-tipping and consider tipping afterwards like a ride share. Pizza that did arrive was lukewarm at best. Called and was told my luzza was sitting with all other orders. I opted for it to be delivered rather than refunded and was told 15-30 minutes to have it dropped off. It arrived 55 minutes after talking to the store and was hotter than the previously delivered pizza. I run a full service reataurant and know the only way this is possible is if it sat under heat lamps for quite a while. So ultimately, not a good night in which my 2 year old ate warmish pizza and I had breadsticks.

I ordered an extra large pizza specifically asking for beef, mushrooms and onions. The family I ordered it for doesn’t eat pork, and pepperoni was added anyway. Not at all pleased with the addition.

In town for work, and wanted something easy and cheap. I order the $10.99 XL New York style pizza that was advertised on their deals. Not only did I not receive a XL New York style pizza, it came 2 hours after I ordered it. They delivered their regular handtossed papa John’s LARGE pizza with some toppings missing that I was charged for. Absolutely horrible experience. Comes off as they are trying to get off on their customers for a cheaper product, and paying more
If I could give zero stars, i would. The girl working Friday night 8/30/24 was rude and kept hanging up on us when we politely asked why it was taking two hours for our pizza. Then she screened the calls and would not answer until we called from a different number and hung up on me again. Very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude is disgusting. I wish i knew her name so i could put her on blast.

This store always forgets to send the extra side items you pay for! This is the 4th time now, and I'm about fed up with this location. The idiots working there apparently can't read the labels and know what to include with orders. Management sucks as well because they don't respond or react to their negative feedback on mistakes they're continuously making. Choose another pizza place or a different Papa John's location. This one just needs to shut down.

Ordered online for pick-up, got there and they said I didn’t have an order there. So I placed an order in-store, came back and picked it up. Got home to find the wrong order, called back to correct their mistake. Got hung up on. Called back again to be told to eat our food like it was, or bring it all the way back across town to swap out the wrong food but get ZERO Comp for our troubles. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money with this location.

Great food! Customer Service sucks ?. When you order your food online or call ahead and pay for your food, on arriving there they'll ask you over a million times what did you order and what's your name! I guess that's to make sure they don't get your order mixed up with another customers order, but at any rate I'm not a huge Papa John fan but if you like PJ's then head on over and get yourself in line because even if you order online and call ahead and prepay for your pizza, you're still going to wait about thirty minutes before your served, but the pizza ??? will be fresh and hot?!?

Every time I come up here it’s an ISSUE! This time ya’ll took my money off my car and claimed it didn’t go thru. Basically ya’ll was like oh well take it up with ya’ll bank and fix it, when CLEARLY I showed you the transaction and that the money came off. The store is dingy, the cash register is OLD, and it went down and you had to reboot it in the MIDDLE of my transaction and still didn’t give me my food. Piss poor.
