I always ask for square cut and well done and always get the opposite, a frozen pizza at Walmart is probably better. Worst part is you complain and all the automated service does is offer you another free product, like I would want more of what I was given , last time ordering from you guys .

The cashier was NOT knowledgeable at all. Every question that I asked her, she did not know the answer. She stood there absolutely saying well I don't know. So if I didn't and she works there and I didn't know ..... that means we were both clueless. Service was poor on this day and the pizza was poorly made.

Honestly my experience I wouldn't have even given one star when it comes to service the lady that took our order over the phone literally did not even place the order after we hung up when I arrived at the location my order was not ready my order wasn't even placed she never even told the Cook or whoever to start making our pizza how rude is that she definitely should not be taking orders or answering the phone I will not deal with this location ever again

Ordered directly from the pizza site and they used DoorDash to deliver. The order arrived with the seal broken and a SLICE OF PIZZA WAS MISSING! We immediately called the store and was put on hold repeatedly. We finally spoke to the store manager who was extremely rude and short with us. When we asked for a refund of the pizza and for a fresh one to be delivered, he told us it was one or the other despite the inconvenience. He then told us he would refund the drink (a whole $3) and hung up on me while I was asking him a question. Do not recommend. Do not spend your hard earned money here for tampered food and poor customer service

Unfortunately not a good night tonight. I order frequently, but tonight only q pizza of 2 arrived. Door Dasher claims it was all they gave him. I thought they were to verify orders before leaving the location. I really wish Door Dash would reconsider pre-tipping and consider tipping afterwards like a ride share. Pizza that did arrive was lukewarm at best. Called and was told my luzza was sitting with all other orders. I opted for it to be delivered rather than refunded and was told 15-30 minutes to have it dropped off. It arrived 55 minutes after talking to the store and was hotter than the previously delivered pizza. I run a full service reataurant and know the only way this is possible is if it sat under heat lamps for quite a while. So ultimately, not a good night in which my 2 year old ate warmish pizza and I had breadsticks.
Please stay order at 8:00 PM. It is now 10 o’clock and I still haven’t got my order. I actually called the store twice already. This place needs to be better run

I ordered an extra large pizza specifically asking for beef, mushrooms and onions. The family I ordered it for doesn’t eat pork, and pepperoni was added anyway. Not at all pleased with the addition.

When I say they broke the taste meter today. So much so I must leave a review after my first slice. Hot and yummy ? this is the Shaq pizza half pineapple and jalapeño
