Pre-ordered for 6:00pm delivery. Pizza arrived at 6:35. I mean you had over 3 hours notice I think 35 minutes is too late.
Obviously pizza was not the least bit hot. The Works pizza was very skimpy on toppings. I mean like 8 black olives, 4 mushrooms on the entire pizza. And I didn't see any sausage at all.
Is there no training anymore? Do you people think I'll keep coming back and spending $40 for this crap? Wrong!!!

Quality is poor. Boneless wings with sauce just dropped on top. Texture and taste as if they are microwaved. Very underwhelming. Dominos is so much better.

This Papa John’s location ruined my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Absolutely despicable customer service. We called the day before and then confirmed again the day of the party for an order of 10 pizzas. We only had the party location booked for a certain amount of time, but the employee assured us it wouldn’t be an issue during both conversations. We called after the delivery timeframe was up and they had not even started the pizzas! Their only explanation was they “got busy”. No call to let us know, no apology, nothing. To make matters worse the manager was supposed to call us back to give some sort of explanation and never did. Such a terribly run place do not order from here.

This has always been my go to Papa Johns. The staff have always been very friendly, and my orders have always been ready on time. However, lately, something has just been off with their pizzas in terms of quality. Usually, either too little cheese on a pizza, scant toppings, or the pizza just is...dry or feels like it has been sitting out, for some reason even though I know it hasn't.
Papa Johns used to be seen as a slight upgrade to Domino's or Pizza Hut. I really liked this place, but the quality of the past few pizzas I've ordered from here, have made me wished I chose the Domino's down the road.
Stood in store for 20 minutes without any help. Never again.

Didnt realize there was multiple hairs was on my pizza untill i got home. The guy at the register had his pants sagging and no hair net on preparing food highly disappointed! Threw pizza away totally disgusted.

Pizza needed more cheese; however it did not affect the quality to much. The young man that took our order, was polite, helpful and professional. We went to the cat to wait and as I was getting out to check on the status, he came around the corner with the order. Excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

Find a different pizza place !! this specific location has screwed me over countless times. Whoever their manager is needs to be fired, they maliciously serve wrong orders out of spite or pure laziness. I get you make 13 and hour but if that wasn't your dream as a kid grow up go to school or learn a skill. Absolutely useless. People with real jobs want to come home and relax, order a pizza and call it a day. not to get messed with just cause YOU had a bad day. Jesus get your shit together. once I can understand, but countless times it's on purpose.
