I think it’s the manager “T” was super chill and cool and made my food fast, and it was really good when I got home, everything looked clean from what I could see and the 98 health score made a big difference! GO T!

By far worst experience I’ve had with a pizza place. Driver didn’t even get down to my house before turning around and going back to the store. I waited an entire hour while watching him deliver 2 other orders on the tracker app just to not receive my food. Went up to the store and the manager was too coward to come and apologize for his drivers screw up. The driver then proceeded to tell me he came by my house and knocked and rang the doorbell which is a lie because I have a dog that definitely would’ve started barking. Lazy and unprofessional. Late night service isn't what I'd call normal, during the day I've had 30 pie order go wonderful but around midnight they get snide.
And drinks at every papa i go to are accessible to customers but here they go nuts if you go near the display...so what is the actual company policy 🤔

Papa John’s really needs to stop lying with that whole ‘better ingredients, better pizza’ mess. Because I just picked up a pizza and guess what? No sauce. NONE. Just dry, flavorless cardboard with cheese slapped on top. Hard to chew, hard to swallow, and honestly hard to believe they charge money for this. If this is what they call pizza, then I guess I’ve been spoiled by literally every other pizza place on Earth. Papa John’s, do better. Or at least stop with the false advertising.

Every time that I ordered online, the pepperoni pizza with epic cheese stuff crust is always good and hot when I go and pick it up. Always the best pizza! Will be back soon!

Go somewhere else. Quality is consistent. Terrible staffing practices though. Often understaffed, delivery drivers may mutter under their breath if you don’t tip to their satisfaction.

we went to pick up a pizza that was already paid for and waited about 15 minutes in the lobby of the store before we were even acknowledged. I understand being short staffed, but as i analyzed the line the man in front of me also had a prepaid order. Our orders were literally sitting under the lamp as we waited those 15 minutes with no interaction. Another issue was while yes I understand the lack of gloves when handling dough but, that doesn’t make it okay to move from the line touch multiple items in the back of the store and return to the line without any kind of hand washing. The pizza we received was also half assed barely any toppings and looked like it was just thrown together. Very disappointed!
