The customer service is horrible!!! They ignored me when I asked if my pizza was ready and they were so behind that it was ridiculous. I already waited 30 minutes even though I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. The kicker is they were fully staffed.

Terrible. Trash surrounds outside of building. Walk in, a literal trail of muddy foot prints lead to the counter, when the person is talking into a smartphone of some sort and does not great me or acknowledge me at all. The pizza itself was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. avoid this place if you can. Who knows how disgusting the BOH is there. Never going again.

This has to be the most ignorant Papa John's location in Greensboro! Not only was my order jacked up, but when I called to tell them and get some sort of resolution, the little girl who answered the phone, was anything but helpful. She asked me my name, I told her, she said can you say it again, I did. She still didn't understand so I said it and spelled it. All of a sudden, I was being hostile. She then left me on hold so long, I called from another phone. When she answered, and realized it was me, she put me back on hold. After about 10 minutes she comes back on and ask the same questions again. I told her I wanted a refund she said she could give me a order guarantee or something. I said a refund. She then said, I was just giving you options and put me back on hold. By this time, I had done packed the pizzas up to bring them back to the location. A man came to the phone and said he could give me the pizza guarantee because we had the pizza and the next time we order, we can get the same thing for free. I told him how rude and unprofessional the little girl was and that I was bringing the pizzas back. He then said, I will issue a refund and it will be on the card in 3 to 5 business days and I don't have to bring the pizzas back. I will be contacting corporate!

I just ordered from papa johns and i ordered a small pizza half bacon half sausage. ORIGINAL CRUST! I dont even know how they cooked my pizza so badly! And since i cant get any assistance on this matter i guess ill post it here ! I am so pissed!!!!! They dried out and burnt the crust sooo bad that its just a hard thin crust pizza!! Unbelievable!

This is for anyone who hasn't ordered PJ for a few years. I ordered online. I used to love crust and toppings. I don't fault the store I think the recipe has changed. everything looked like it should but taste just sucks now. Googled picks and can see that old pictures had amazing looking pizzas vs. now all new stock photos are cookie cutter pizza that looks like it should be in the discount frozen section of food lion. Hate that a good thing has been ruined. PS. store got order wrong but was friendly and sent the correct order out right away. still tasted bland but appreciated the effort. again don't blame them think these changes are to the recipe.

This is the worst PapaJohns store, not because of the lady who is working there, she does an excellent job, but she is the only person working in the store, doing everything that needs to be done, it is 11:45am, it is an hour Super busy for one person, a single cheese pizza takes over an hour to come out, and it's not the first day I've seen this. They should close!
