The last few times I have ordered DoorDash and UberEats from this location they have sent me cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. My order clearly says pepperoni each time. I never have a problem with other locations. Only the one on Stanley.

I only ever enter the store for gig work orders but as a customer their pizza is always delivered fresh and hot. Staff is nice and efficient (except the times when they leave only ONE employee to handle all the work of the restaurant -have seen it a couple of times now). One the better Papa John’s in the Triad.

This was my first experience ordering online for pickup from this location. I took a chance hoping I'd arrive in a reasonable amount of time from quite a distance away. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and my pizza was hot, fresh, and ready to go. I was so pleased by the service and pizza I had to ask if they had a tip jar. I don't think the young man working expected anyone to tip. My pizza was great and as well as the whole experience. I'll be back again. Great job. 👍🏾

I walked in around 10 pm and tried to order a pizza. They close at 1am. The people working told me I can only order online and they don’t take walk ins. I walked across the street to the Italian restaurant.

This is a great papa Johns location. The staff are always friendly and polite. The manager on duty today also filled our water bottle for us which was super nice of him. We order about three times a month from here and never have been disappointed. 5 stars greatly earned.

Wasted over an hr trying to place an online order so I called the store just to be told the ONLY store I could order from was all ready closed so I went without supper. WAS NOT

Why is it that every papa John's no matter what can be so slow. As a dasher I can expect to wait 20 minutes once I arrive to pick up from this place. And it's not just this location. Papa John's is the worst!
