Wasted over an hr trying to place an online order so I called the store just to be told the ONLY store I could order from was all ready closed so I went without supper. WAS NOT

Why is it that every papa John's no matter what can be so slow. As a dasher I can expect to wait 20 minutes once I arrive to pick up from this place. And it's not just this location. Papa John's is the worst!

Yall really burnt my pizza. I switched from domino's to yall cause, domino's always gave me food poison. Papa johns don't fail me like this.

First of all in case no one noticed they charge you a delivery fee, this is not door dash or Uber eats....
So a large cheese pie is $18 + $6 delivery fee, that does not go to the driver, so even if I tip cheap like $5 the total is= $30 for large pie, no sirrrr I'm good... I rather just give the driver 10 bucks tip shame.

This boneless wings cold and had a old freezer taste to them. the onions and peppers in the philly papadia was still cold and hard (undercooked). I legit feel sick now. Disgusting. Idk if it's the morning cooks or what but NEVER AGAIN.

Well I paid for a XL New York pizza it’s not it an original making. Also my delivery person said she does not get paid for this but meanwhile delivering my food. She had a horrible attitude she even banged on my door. This is not the first time they have been rude even when coming in to pick up this location is horrible an it’s really uncomfortable. I just spent over $50 to be disrespected!

If you want to get the wrong order they are the perfect shop.they gave me the wrong order twice.the pizza box say one thing and the order different.
