Ordered 5 cheesesteaks and they all were BURNT and DRYYYYYYY!!! NO EDIBLE CHEESE IN SIGHT!!!! The pics speak for themselves…Even the kids said these sandwiches are not good at all and the fries are way too dry. This is coming from children who love to eat cheesesteaks, they rated them a 2 out of 10 and that was only accredited to the way they packaged the meals. I want my money back and I want them to do better!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! And we all know how much things cost these days let alone to pay for delivery and tip the delivery driver…I just want my money back and they won’t ever see my business again!!

I ordered 2 combos via Uber Eats. The store didn’t give me either of my drinks, extra cheese sauce and they gave me a chocolate cake instead of the brownie I ordered. Additionally, they had no condiments! No apologies and no one felt the need to double check my order. I’m staying in the Marriott Downtown in Greensboro all week so this was a horrible experience! Also, my fries were cold!

Buyer beware!! I went to this location and the experience was horrible. They are a community kitchen located inside of Bravo( information not listed on site) As soon as I got there I was immediately greeted by a woman who seemed confused but she was nice however I placed an order totaling $35.18 and waited 26 minutes total to never get it. I was initially told they didn’t have steak and I replied back that’s fine I don’t eat red meat, then the lady comes back and says oh ma’am we don’t have bottle water can I get you something else I stated I would like a tea. She leaves and comes right back out stating they don’t have bread to make my sub I then asked for a refund. She asked me how did I place my order, I replied. “On your website” she the states my refund would need to be requested by them through corporate and it would be on my card Thursday, I asked for a refund receipt just to be given a regular receipt. I check my account and they never issued a refund but instead charged my card, now I’m having to get my bank involved due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the establishment. You can’t call them they use an automated system and if I could rate them zero stars I most certainly wouldn’t even give them that!! Don’t waste your time, money or energy on this place it’s simply not worth it.

I ordered food online from here food was decent but customer service was basically non existent( I know your job isn't that hard) I work in the industry and as far as have seen between eating here in the past and now ordering online 100/10 do not recommend they told me to blame door dash why would they do not cook the order or bag it, it is 100% the restaurants fault I feel bad for the guests and most of the staff not management this falls solely on there shoulders for lack of care or attention to details

Ordered from door dash… I’m pregnant and was craving a cheesesteak but this is the most disgusting cheesesteak I have ever had. The meat was chewy and way too big of pieces. The wrappers were literally stuck to the cheese which was disappointing considering how much it cost. Jersey mikes has better cheesesteak than this so that should say something. The onions were these huge chunks that overwhelmed the cheesesteak. The ONLY thing about the sub that was any good was the bread. The loaded fries were the same, only good part about those was the fries actually tasted good and were cooked well. Extremely disappointed and will not order from here again.

I paid 28.00 for a cheesesteak and “brownie bites” cheesesteak was decent but packaged to where all the cheese fell off when I went to open it. There were no “bites” only a singular brownie that did not include the dipping sauce. This portion is absolute robbery at 8.99. I will NEVER order from this place again. Save your frustration and go to “Monks” they are far far better and actually know how to wrap a cheesesteak

Ordered from Door Dash. No problems with delivery, but definitely with food quality and false advertisement. Your cheese steak will look nothing like the pictured cheese steak. I ordered extra peppers and mushrooms (which were an additional cost). If they were on the sandwich, I sure couldn't see them. Honestly, it was mostly bread. Will NEVER order from here again. Don't waste your money. Pretty sure Sheetz is better than this.
