Poor customer service, I'm looking at 10 clean booths but, waited for hostess to clean a table to seat me, then sat me in an already been clean booth. Long story, Left hungry, i won't be going back.
Very disappointed in Pavilion tonight! Every year for my moms birthday we reserve the party room for her birthday. So today we show up for her party and was told we never reserved it. Yes we did and they had all phone numbers. etc. So our party of 20 had to find somewhere else to go as we all show up for our reservation.
