Pelican's SnoBalls Greensboro: Milner Dr.

Ice cream had a funny taste. Cones were not fresh. Half my ice cream fell on the ground when she handed me the cone. The cashier just looked and closed the window.

We waited for someone to take our order but left after waiting close to 10 minutes. However the owner reached out to make things right.

Great snocones. With no dyes. Yesss. I loved this spot. I will be back this week

Love this place

We love Pelicans Snoballs!! My daughter like to try the unique combinations, and i like that they have a lot of sugar-free options. It's so nice to cool you off after a hot day or after practice. The staff always seems friendly and they are fast too! I wish they had more parking, though. I highly recommend Pelicans!

Arrived at 6:53 pm nobody was working. Windows closed lights off in the back and open sign on. They clearly didn’t want any customers coming.

Grand kids love this place

My first review was 1 star due to the lack of flavoring and customer service. But after speaking to the owner she understood my concerns and she addressed them in a positive manner. My second visit was amazing, the flavors were far more better than the first time and the customer service was great as well. Thank you so much I will be returning soon.

We’ve been to this location several times , this time on 5/1/2024 I had to rush to get there they close at 9:00 and it was 8:59 when I pulled in the drive, told my son all the way there that we probably won’t get served ( he agreed) , well we walked up to the window and was greeted with a smile , I asked was it to late to order and she said not at all ( with a smile ) So we placed our order and got our snowballs , little man was happy and I was amazed that there are still places like this that actually want your business, especially this close to closing , I hope their boss reads this and gives those two girls a big raise !! Great Job keep up the great work !!!!!

My family went to Pelican SnoBalls after dinner for a surprise treat for my Grandson.We ordered a large SnoBall of Strawberry/Dragons Blood for my Grandson, a Waffle Cone of Strawberry Ice cream for me, and a Waffle Cone of Butter Pecan for my daughter. Everything was Delicious!! ?
