I had the cheesesteak and it was very good. They even gave us a plate of extra fries no cost and a card for buy one get one free. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Went here on Nov. 5 at 9:17 and will never return to this location! I have visited many Penn Station subs, but I have never had such a bad experience at ANY restaurant, Penn or not.

OK look, if you're looking for "fast food" look elsewhere, but if you are looking for delicious food and have just a few minutes to spare then penn station is the sub spot for you. The employees are friendly and always so apologetic for the time it takes for them to make the sandwiches but anything that good is worth waiting for. Just a note for newcomers Philly cheese steak is delectable but may not be exactly like you maybe expecting. Regardless there is a sub for everyone oh, and this is my number one sub shop

Penn Station cheesesteaks aren't my favorite - the rolls aren't authentic Philly, so maybe next time I'll try a sub.

Just got three subs and spent $30 and every one of them went in the trash!!! I ordered online and they didnt even start my order until I showed up. The sandwiches had uncooked bacon on every one of them and they tasted so disgusting no one could finish them. I asked for no oregano or salt on mine and they put so much of each it made my sandwich inedible.The fries wern't even cooked all the way.The two girls who were working today at 4pm were could have cared less. It certainly showed in the food. Will NOT be going back there. I am so mad and disgusted!!
