I never knew about Penn Station East Coast Subs. Myself and my crew were heading to Greensboro on business. I happened to see the bill board advertisement. I told the guys that I wanted to try Penn Station out. I entered the bldg and was greeted by two friendly women. The place was clean and the atmosphere was laid back. I ordered a steak sub. There was a generous amount of 🍖 on the sub. The bread was toasted and the melted cheese blanketed the meat beautifully. This sub was more like a fine arts tapestry ,but I had to tear it down. The food was good! The Arnold Palmer was good as well. I highly recommend Penn Station!

The food is perfectly prepared and hot. The Philly Steak is the best anywhere. Every sandwich looks and tastes fresh. It's so good we even had our rehearsal dinner at Penn Station. The service is always friendly and superb. 5 STARS EVERY TIME!

Came in tonight 7 minutes before closing. The two gentlemen working were AMAZING. They were so upbeat and happy. They weren’t rude and upset because we came in so late. They took care of the order. Food was great! I wish there were more people like these two young men working in customer service. They really made my night.

Thanks guys!

I love coming to Penn Station but it just depends on who's working sometimes you can go in there it's a great atmosphere and a great experience food is good but the service can be iffy and I don't like when they refry the french fries I got home one day and my French fries were burnt

I did not enjoy my experience here. When I came in I overheard the manager, Kayla, I believe was quite rude to her employees. Aside from her the other workers were good people. I usually go to other Penn station locations now anyway.

Great location, plenty of parking options and friendly staff. The sandwich was not the greatest for the price

This place never has their food ready, you could place it 30 minutes before you get there and they’ll just print out their receipt. Ridiculous for the price and terrible service

Do not go close to closing. I was there at 9pm. Fries were crumbs and hard. Steak sub didn't taste fresh. Lemonade was awesome.

Visited Penn Station for lunch and was I ever surprised at poor quality of food. First I ordered a turkey bacon ranch small sub…and small fries… when my food was delivered, the fries were burnt, and no bacon on sandwich… I pulled the ticket up to make sure what I ordered was what was on ticket. The manager came back after I took one bite and told her the French fries were burnt or the fries were refried a second time which I was like I can’t believe the quality of this food… needless to say the replacement of fries were still burnt the second time… my thoughts….something must be wrong with the fryer or staff….gotta love quality control or the lack thereof….
