Second weekend in a row that I've gone here and my order was wrong. last weekend I went and the service was terrible. The guy taken our order was rude. I asked for a lettuce and tomatoes on my cheesesteak l. when I got home I had no lettuce and tomatoes on my cheesesteak I went back this week because I did enjoy the sandwich. Although it did not have my lettuce and tomato that I asked for and upon getting there this week. The service took forever over 10 minutes with 1 order ahead of me I ask for my lettuce and tomatoes which I got this time, but I don't have my pizza sauce.So there's no pizza sauce and I have my receipt that states, I'm supposed to have pizza sauce on it.They only put about 2-3 banana pepper rings up there and when they cut my sandwich it was like a 90/ 10 cut would have been better off not cutting at all... this location is not good at all. Do better

I would skip this place. It probably was not the worst in terms of cheese steak sub, but nothing to write home about. I ordered a turkey wrap and it was not good. The wrap must have been premade because the tortia was cold and hard-which makes it gross. There was no seasoning at all. No cheese, and a small amount of turkey cold cuts. Maybe because they knew it was not good food, they brought us complementary chocolate chip cookies. Which, were the BESTchocolate chip COOKIES I have ever had! We also ordered a small fry and we got an extra large size. However, all of that does not negate the incredibly bad turkey wrap. Remove it from the menu or improve it.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was very dry my chicken had a bone in it also maybe a inch of the bread was empty I was shorted on the main ingredient. For my first time ever eating there I will never return to eat

Took over 20 minutes to receive my sub- what the heck do they do back there? The food once received was good but the employees looked and acted disengaged. Not sure if this place is for me.

Me & a friend ordered a steak & cheese and what I would call pretty much a deli sandwich from here a couple weeks ago. Mine had turkey, ham, lettuce, bacon, mayo, banana peppers & American cheese on it. I was super excited bc I hadn’t eaten here in a long time & when I was younger my mom would take me there to get a chefs salad after my hair appts….. let’s just say it WAS one of the best salads I had ever had! NO MORE! I was actually kind of shocked & disgusted when I saw the state of the food…. I couldn’t even eat mine. The cheese wasn’t melted at all, it was cold as could be(even though I asked for it toasted) the bacon looked old and raw! Not only that but we tried ordering through DoorDash but they had it all screwed up and we ended up being charged like $60. We didn’t get any drinks, chips, or fries w our food either…. Let’s just say I was WAY LESS THAN IMPRESSED! AND I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! ??

I was not going to write a negative review but after speaking with someone, the same thing has happened to them. I was overcharged over $5.00 but caught it while in store and had it refunded. One of the staff was very rude when I asked for NO ice in my drink as I don't like cold drinks. I was told "I've already started and there is nothing I can do about it". I was given the large cup (which I ordered) with a small amount in the cup and a medium cup with my drink. When I combined the 2, my cup was still not full and I asked for the remainder to be added. My refund was half cash and half returned to my card. Others have mentioned being overcharged but not realizing til its too late. So for this reason I will not return to this store to get charged for something I didn't order and rude staff.

Check your receipt before leaving. Two Tuesday special subs $20 given came home with $6.Spoke with a friend about it she stated last time she went they added a cookie she didn't order then they acted surprised as to how it got on there.

The Baskets they serve food in are disgusting. Greasy gross baskets along with the floors greasy and disgusting. I mentioned the floors to employees, on one seems to care. They had no other customers, leaning against the counter looking at their phone.

I just tried to place an order online and it didn’t go through. I tried it again and it failed to go through. I know this because I didn’t receive a confirmation email and called the store and they confirmed they had not received my online order. I’m very familiar with this process. I order food from other restaurants all the time. Penn Station needs to improve their online ordering process or lose customers to their competitors. I don’t have these problems with them.
