Food was excellent. Waitress was very friendly and did a great job attending to our needs.
Great night celebrating Fathers Day! The appetizers and pre-dinner drinks were delicious and the Chefs Trio was fantastic!
The food was average but our eight year old granddaughter loved it. The interior had a worn feeling and appearance. The cleanliness was lacking and the restrooms well...? Our waitress was nice. My wife said we will not be going back. Our daughter in law refused to take our granddaughter in the restroom, after she saw it. It's time to revamp and rethink things.
Fabulous dinner experience!!! While I often prefer local restaurants to national chains - I cannot say enough great things about our dining experience at PF Chang's in Friendly. Our server Zach was beyond wonderful - quirky, fun - knowledgeable and attentive; he escalated our food allergy questions to the GM Im who went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe dining experience. Always love the Lettuce Wraps and they did not disappoint - and the Sesame Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp were both delicious. We highly recommend!!!
It has to be worst experience , arrived for 7.30 reservations but was told we have to wait over an hour , than why make reservation. The staff was totally rude and obnoxious as if they were doing you a favor. NEVER AGAIN
Had a reservation through OpenTable, was made to wait for 1hour and at first the lady at the front door I was taking too was trying to pretend like I did not make a reservation online. Next time do not show available time slot when the tables are not ready. Ended up seating at the bar.
We love PF Chang but this one is old and dirty. The food was overcooked and dry. Out waitstaff was friendly. The floor, tables, restrooms etc were all very dirty and needed repair
They were very busy because of prom and furniture market. We did have a reservations which helped the food was really good and our server was really good.
The service people at the bar and at the table were friendly and professional. But having to wait almost an hour beyond our reservation time to be seated is unacceptable.
My reservation was at 7:30 PM and my party of 3 didn't get seated until after 8:30 pm. When I checked in at the hostess stand the first time there was mumblings from the staff that indicated they might not be seeing the OpenTable reservations. It was only after waiting 25 minutes and returning to the hostess stand that I got a text that I had checked in. The facility was dirty looking with multiple tables needing clearing. Maybe they were short staffed on a busy night? Not sure, but the food was just OK - not the quality of my past visits. I didn't take but one bite of my soup and my server didn't ask if there was a problem with it (way too salty and not hot). I didn't mention it and was just ready to get the check and leave. Will not be returning anytime soon.

The food seasoning was either too bland or too much and way overpriced. was rather disappointed with our experience.
The pan fried shrimp dumplings were the best. All of the food was good. Zachary is a wonderful server-thank you!
The food was good. We had sesame chicken and then the salmon and they had a new dish. We tried that also it was good.
Me and my girlfriend went there for our anniversary and had a great time and had good food and drinks
Had dinner with friends before a show. Our server, Milan, was amazing. Service was friendly and efficient. Relaxing atmosphere. Great food - served hot and fresh.
