Overall experience was hampered by the extremely long wait of approximately 1 hour past our reservation time. I am not sure what the point of a reservation is, if there is still going to be a wait like that. The food was fine and the service was fine once we were finally seated, but it was obvious someone messed up by under scheduling. The restaurant was a mess and those that were working were run ragged. I felt bad for the people working. I know it was a holiday, but we chose to go out because we could get a reservation that worked with our schedule and that messed up the rest of our evening.

Arrived at 6:48 for the 7:00 reservation. Was told they were running about 30 minutes behind. Seated at 7:37. Left about 9:10. During the meal, 1 entree and 1 appetizer were forgotten, but they were served late at no charge. The food was good, but everything else was pretty much a disaster.

We ate there last night and it was the worst meal we had. We ordered the large lettuce wraps and they forgot the spoon. We also had to ask for more lettuce because there were only 3 pieces. It took over 1/2 hour to get our entrees. Again one came without a spoon. The rice was piled on a plate with some in a big glob. While we were still eating, the server asked about dessert and when we said no, she put the check on the table. We asked about to go boxes and she only brought one and said that it was the only one left! On the way out we saw many more of them being delivered to other tables. In the past, we always received the boxes and a bag to put them in. Also, we did not get the traditional fortune cookies.
So disappointing! Don’t know when or ever we will come back.

Food was good The service was a little slow. Took 15 mins after being seated to have someone acknowledge us and the restaurant wasn't full at the time But once server got there, she took care of us. However the restaurant booths need to be replaced/repaired. Several were torn and looked terrible. Restaurant needs some TLC
