Mela was a gracious and efficient server for 10 of us.
Dietary restrictions: They have a delicious and varied gluten free menu. I wish I knew how they get the tofu so crispy and delicious. It was the best I have ever had.

Ordered Tariyaki Chicken plate. Menu said it contained chicken and vegetables. When I got the plate, it had chicken and onions. I asked about the vegetables but was told they had to cut them from the dish due to the increased cost of broccoli. I could order a side of broccoli...for an additional cost. Would have been nice to have known before.

The food was delicious and the service perfect. Had a two hour lunch with an old friend and the waitress checked on us - but not too much!

My friend and I decided to visit P.F. Chang’s for dinner on a Sunday so we made a reservation. We arrived at the restaurant we we walked to our table, which was in the back of the restaurant which one we got their tables were dirty. Nobody was back there took our server, maybe 4 to 5 minutes to come greet us, which was not a problem. She was very sweet and nice and knowledgeable of the menu, but the problem came in was with our food. We got our food. The food taste scorched. We informed the server that it was scorched, she took it back, had to remade, and the next batch was a little better, but it still taste of scorch. The manager never came to the table, even though she said that he would I expect after paying $100 for dinner to have a better experience.

PF Chang’s has gone downhill over the years, but it’s still pretty good. Make a reservation if you’re going on the weekends, because it’s busy. The orange chicken (ask for it spicy) is tasty. We had to ask for extra sauce for the Pad Thai because the cooks forgot to add it. It’s also pretty expensive.
