One our regular Wednesday night stops. Expansive menu and wine options. Caroline, our server, does a great job.

Food was good; service was also good; the restaurant needs a bit of a facelift that impacts the overall ambience.

We dined at P. F. Chang's establishment last Thursday and were pleasantly surprised by the uncrowded atmosphere, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff, as always, provided exceptional assistance, particularly to one member of our party who uses a wheelchair, ensuring their needs were met with care and professionalism. We noticed the team appeared slightly busier than usual, possibly due to being short-staffed, yet they maintained a high level of service. The menu, while slightly more limited than in past visits, still offered a good selection of chicken and beef entrées, with some shrimp options and a standout miso glazed salmon dish. The salmon, a beautiful cut, was skillfully prepared, and those who enjoy miso flavors (I do!) found it excellent, though some in our party noted that it was a bit bold for their taste. The shareable sides, particularly the Korean-style cauliflower and Kung Pao Brussels sprouts, were highlights, even winning over the two members of our party who typically are not fans of these vegetables. They said they would order them again, this is, unless some new item on the menu did not catch their eye first. One minor concern arose with the payment process. We paid by credit card and added a 25% tip to commend the excellent service and wheelchair assistance. However, it appears that while the initial authorization went through, the adjusted amount including the tip did not. We would appreciate guidance on how to ensure the staff receives the full tip intended for their hard work. By the way, we look forward to returning, hoping to see the lemon scallop dish make a comeback on the menu.

Came for group dinner. Food was amazing but service was not. Our server forgot to enter my phone number for rewards, forgot to place my to go order and mixed up our receipts with my other friends. Saturday was like a zoo place, crowded and kids crying. Considering other places.

Disappointed in the quality of the food, normally PF Changs has excellent food. Our Lo-mein noodles tasted stagnant (not fresh) and the Mongolian beef dish was WAY overcooked.

Food was excellent. Waitress was very friendly and did a great job attending to our needs.

Great night celebrating Fathers Day! The appetizers and pre-dinner drinks were delicious and the Chefs Trio was fantastic!

The food was average but our eight year old granddaughter loved it. The interior had a worn feeling and appearance. The cleanliness was lacking and the restrooms well...? Our waitress was nice. My wife said we will not be going back. Our daughter in law refused to take our granddaughter in the restroom, after she saw it. It's time to revamp and rethink things.

Fabulous dinner experience!!! While I often prefer local restaurants to national chains - I cannot say enough great things about our dining experience at PF Chang's in Friendly. Our server Zach was beyond wonderful - quirky, fun - knowledgeable and attentive; he escalated our food allergy questions to the GM Im who went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe dining experience. Always love the Lettuce Wraps and they did not disappoint - and the Sesame Chicken and Firecracker Shrimp were both delicious. We highly recommend!!!

It has to be worst experience , arrived for 7.30 reservations but was told we have to wait over an hour , than why make reservation. The staff was totally rude and obnoxious as if they were doing you a favor. NEVER AGAIN

Had a reservation through OpenTable, was made to wait for 1hour and at first the lady at the front door I was taking too was trying to pretend like I did not make a reservation online. Next time do not show available time slot when the tables are not ready. Ended up seating at the bar.

We love PF Chang but this one is old and dirty. The food was overcooked and dry. Out waitstaff was friendly. The floor, tables, restrooms etc were all very dirty and needed repair

They were very busy because of prom and furniture market. We did have a reservations which helped the food was really good and our server was really good.

The service people at the bar and at the table were friendly and professional. But having to wait almost an hour beyond our reservation time to be seated is unacceptable.

My reservation was at 7:30 PM and my party of 3 didn't get seated until after 8:30 pm. When I checked in at the hostess stand the first time there was mumblings from the staff that indicated they might not be seeing the OpenTable reservations. It was only after waiting 25 minutes and returning to the hostess stand that I got a text that I had checked in. The facility was dirty looking with multiple tables needing clearing. Maybe they were short staffed on a busy night? Not sure, but the food was just OK - not the quality of my past visits. I didn't take but one bite of my soup and my server didn't ask if there was a problem with it (way too salty and not hot). I didn't mention it and was just ready to get the check and leave. Will not be returning anytime soon.
