We dined at P. F. Chang's establishment last Thursday and were pleasantly surprised by the uncrowded atmosphere, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff, as always, provided exceptional assistance, particularly to one member of our party who uses a wheelchair, ensuring their needs were met with care and professionalism. Came for group dinner. Food was amazing but service was not. Our server forgot to enter my phone number for rewards, forgot to place my to go order and mixed up our receipts with my other friends. Saturday was like a zoo place, crowded and kids crying. Considering other places.

The food was average but our eight year old granddaughter loved it. The interior had a worn feeling and appearance. The cleanliness was lacking and the restrooms well...? Our waitress was nice. My wife said we will not be going back. Our daughter in law refused to take our granddaughter in the restroom, after she saw it. It's time to revamp and rethink things.
