The food was average but our eight year old granddaughter loved it. The interior had a worn feeling and appearance. The cleanliness was lacking and the restrooms well...? Our waitress was nice. My wife said we will not be going back. Our daughter in law refused to take our granddaughter in the restroom, after she saw it. It's time to revamp and rethink things.

Fabulous dinner experience!!! While I often prefer local restaurants to national chains - I cannot say enough great things about our dining experience at PF Chang's in Friendly. Our server Zach was beyond wonderful - quirky, fun - knowledgeable and attentive; he escalated our food allergy questions to the GM Im who went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe dining experience. Always love the Lettuce Wraps and they did not disappoint - and the Sesame Chicken and Firecracker...

Had a reservation through OpenTable, was made to wait for 1hour and at first the lady at the front door I was taking too was trying to pretend like I did not make a reservation online. Next time do not show available time slot when the tables are not ready. Ended up seating at the bar.
