I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Pho Hien Vuong in Greensboro. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. It's clean, cozy, and has a warm, family-run atmosphere. The pho was outstanding: deeply flavorful broth, generous portions, and tender meats. I especially loved their Special Beef Pho; the balance of herbs and spices really made it feel authentic, and the fresh bean sprouts and lime added such brightness.
The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without rushing us. I also tried their Thai-style wings, and they were crispy, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the soup. Their lunch specials are a great value, too.
What I really appreciated was their commitment to quality using fresh ingredients, minimal oil, and relying on herbs for flavor, which makes the menu feel fresh and a little healthier.
All in all, Pho Hien Vuong is one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese comfort food in Greensboro. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for real, flavorful pho or Thai-Vietnamese dishes.

This place has some truly Authentic Vietnamese food. Coming from the West Coast, I was looking for something similar to home, and this place hit the spot. Great proportions, amazing flavors, and a nice homey atmosphere. The wait is a bit long but considering they are always packed, it is still good service.

Absolutely amazing pho. The broth had that perfect depth — rich, comforting, and clearly simmered for hours. The portions were generous, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs made everything pop. The service was just as impressive: fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff really cares about their food and their customers. This place instantly became my go-to spot, and I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a truly great bowl of pho.

This is literally the best restaurant in the world. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but I live in New York City and I have been to michelin star places and blah blah blah... I have NEVER in my life had a dish more sublime and existentially satisfying than the lemongrass tofu at Pho Hien Vuong (also applies to the vermicelli bean curd bowl). If you don't like tofu then do chicken or whatever, but I just can't even describe the lengths I would go to for this stuff. I only was ever in Greensboro during the summers as a kid, and I started eating it when I was 5 years old- TRUST ME I've tried to find something like this in NYC and other places but this stuff is GOATED with the sauce (vegetarian sauce upon request). If Pho Hien Vuong has one fan then I'm that one and if it has no fans then I'm six feet under pushing up daisies. Someday I will work up the confidence to call and ask for the tofu recipe but until then I WILL be spending too much money to fly to Greensboro just for this every so often. Peace.

I've eaten a lot of Pho in NC and I can confidentlysay this place is the best! Pho, Pad Thai, Shake beef, street noodles, fried noodles, all delicious. Try the Thai coffee, too! Keep up the awesome job, Pho Hien Vuong!
