Wondered why what used to be such a great concept is absolutely dead after church on a Sunday? It's because the customer service is atrocious. I understand there is a balance between in-store customers and Togo orders but one should honestly come before the other. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't stood there for five minutes completely ignored while they made said Togo orders. Just absolutely zero customer service skills from any of the three employees working. A simple "hey we will be right with you" goes a.long way. This place won't last if that continues.

I got the mega meat pizza because of the picture on the app. There was not nearly the meat on what I was served.

I normally really like coming here but tonight was not a good experience at all.
It took 15 minutes in line before even getting to order the pizza and they were clearly understaffed.
And the outdoor area was absolutely disgusting. The place felt way more trashy than normal and i was very disappointed

Whoever came up with this business model must have been a big Seinfeld fan!
It’s a build-your-own-pie deal, where you choose your sauce, proteins, cheese and toppings. The crust is thin and light, the ingredients are all fresh, and the pesto especially stands out as having a great flavour. Service is extremely fast and efficient, and your pies come out of the oven in no time. Ambiance is very similar to the Chiptoles and Cavas that inhabit the “build-your-own-meal” space. Overall a very fun dining experience!

The gluten-free pizza was fantastic. Love this place kinda reminds me of blaze pizza but way better awesome job guys.

It was like subway but pizza's. Cheaper than subway! Very delicious and they brought my meal to my table! They have a nice outdoor patio and on my first trip the employee making the pizza was very courteous as she explained and showed me the various options! I made an alfredo sauce pizza with buffalo chicken!

My pizza was made to how I like it so no complaints it was great. The staff was patient & friendly as it was my first time coming to pieology. The place looked clean. I would come back to try something else. I do wish they had a breaded chicken option as a pizza topping.
