I have been here a few times in the past and haven’t had a problem. However this past time I went there were a lot of issues. They didn’t have half the menu available, they didn’t pay attention to what was being said by myself, and completely forgot half my order. I’m extremely disappointed with this and the staff from today. I don’t k ow if I will want to come back after this.

The atmosphere is so chill, peaceful, and vibrant. The drinks are amazing, good place to study as well. A lot of different personalities, and features. We tried all places and there is nothing like it!

Absolutely incredible experience, and the overall vibe is nice. It could probably benefit from soundproofing type of materials, because it felt loud inside and hard to talk over other customers, but that's it. The employee was so nice to us and made us feel welcomed. It is such a good hang out spot. And of course, the boba tea is amazing. I highly recommend experimenting with mixing flavors. 😋

Pika Tea is a terrific place for Boba Tea and for getting a variety of authentic Korean foods! It is both relaxing and inviting as well as having great atmosphere.
I love coming here with my children! The kimchi cucumbers?! Are to die for! I have eaten for a week straight and even my 11 year old is eating it now!

Stayed in Greensboro for the weekend and went for Boba Tea. The viet Coffee Boba and Thai tea Boba were the best we have ever had. The owner was working and invited us to come back on Sunday. His wife was cooking for the day and said that it was authentic vietnamese. We had pork and crab soup. AMAZING. Please take the time to check this place out and see what they have. They were the most welcoming family like they were letting you in their house. We will be back.
