Pheobe is a sweetheart! Every time I visit during my lunch break, she offers outstanding customer service. She goes out of her way to explain the menus thoroughly and makes sure her customers get the best deals, even suggesting that a platter might be a better value than a mini bowl with extra toppings. She also extends an EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT to all FRIENDLY center staff. This place is unbeatable. I always feel truly welcomed, and her kindness seems to influence the other staff members positively. Their customer service is also consistently excellent.
