I used go to the one on Cornwallis every Tuesday and sometimes every Friday. I thought they were friendly and had good food and service, but they cheat you out of reward points. I won't have anything to do with a dishonest company. I kept seeing my reward points not show up on the website. When they did, I was only getting a small portion of what I was suppose to get. I kept telling the staff and management about it, only to be told that the points would show up later, or that they are combined or some other excuse. I still to this day have not seen the majority of my points. I haven't been back in several years and will not be back until they fix this.

I made an online order from their website at the Friendly Center location in Greensboro. On the receipt you can see I ordered 2 Camille’s Greek Salad (mini). One was for my 102 year old mother and the other for my wife. I requested two and charged for two. Once I drove back in the rain to Friends Home to enjoy a meal with my mother I found out I was shorted. I called up and asked if they could delivered I was transferred to the manager. I then asked for a credit and he said he would but he doesn’t control service that charges and credits the amount. He said I would have to do this. Are you kidding me. What type of organization do you have that you can not control the charges and credits from your own site. I have been doing business with them for 25 years. No more. Very disappointed.

The food is delicious & I really hate to even leave this type if review but I’m honestly dumbfounded by my experience tonight. I’ve eaten here consistently for months, creature of habit eating basically the same thing every time & I have never been asked to pay extra for a side of Mayo. I’ve gotten extra feta in the past & happily paid extra because I am very aware of food costs but tonight after paying for 2 meals, one of which was a sandwich, asking fir a side of Mayo only to be told it’d be $1 extra I was honestly speechless. It’s disappointing that a basic condiment is now an extra charge. Knowing the state of the world right now & small businesses positions I probably would understand an up charge but $1 for Mayo is a stretch.

Whenever I go back to Greensboro, I always have to stop by Pita Delite, I highly recommend the Steak & Cheese Pita, Marinated Chicken & French Fries
