This pizza isn’t good. I can tell the pepperonis are off and the store period looks creepy. It tasted better cold. Go to another location.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza didn’t taste fresh, I asked specifically for half pepperoni, and half pepperoni and sausage, and they placed old sausages over the entire pizza. The cinnamon sticks were cold and tasted like dish water. $40 wasted.

This was our 1st time ordering from Pizza Hut at this location in pyramid village and it’s been because of the precious reviews! But I am glad we chose to order here, we chose to pick up and everything was great. Our food was fresh, hot and flavorful! Keep up the great work!

Customer service skills are TERRIBLE!!! They ran out of ALL dough so no bread products called and no resolution was come to. Wouldn't know how the food is because we couldn't order. There should be a spot for negative stars or thumbs down. They do not deserve any stars at all!!! No deals because they were out of dough. There is no where on here to tell it like it is. I shouldn't have to answer questions about how much I spent when I couldn't even order.

My pizza 🍕 just wasn't that good this time. It was kinda dry. They are normally soooo good.

Went in to get out food and we walked in and the place was dirty as all get out looked like it hasn’t been mopped swept, trash hasn’t been taken out or anything. So from seeing the dining room are being it was so dirty we wondered what the kitchen looked like. So we canceled our order and left

If I could rate ts a 0 I would. Waiting over an hour for hut box workers sitting there chillin too hard while customers was waiting OT for a damn pizza.

The lady I talked to on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I won't be using that location again

I tried to understand they were short staffed and things were going on. But they messed up my order and I’m sure others as well. I order the single pan pizzas and got single slices and they were all wrong. I’m sure that’s what they did to everyone else because the store was full and they were just trying to rush people out. I’ve called 7 times and keep getting put on hold and I want a refund. I get it was crowded and a lot but cheating peoples orders isn’t cool I don’t even leave reviews but after waiting from 5:40 to 7pm yeah no I’m not ok with this! I’m very upset and angry because I was trying to give grace and kindness to the workers just to get slapped in the face with the wrong order

Placed a carry-out order from $2 personal pan pizzas. THANK GOD I decided to pay in store because after the website told me the food was ready, I went there only to find 30 other people in line getting refunds because “the oven is locked.”

Apple Maps & Google said they were open, just went & doors were locked, lights off.

I will NEVER order from this location again. I ordered online and the app said the food would be done at 5. Didn’t get the food until 45 minutes later.

Worst Pizza Hut or pizza place I’ve ever been to for that matter. Took them an hour to prepare my order. Food was subpar, restaurant is filthy, floors are sticky, bathroom out of order, broken screens and registers, and visible fingerprints and sweat stains on any and everything. This place should be shut down.

The delivery driver stack the pizzas like books so what I ended up with was a pile of pizzas
