Pizza hut use to be the best of all pizzas. It's like now they are in the range with everyone else. Pizza sloppy, soggy. When I place multiple orders one will be right the other looks like they just threw it together.

I wouldn’t spend a time there . Service is ok but they really need to tighten up their management and how they run things . I sat there on a Saturday night for about 30/45 minutes because they kept handing out wrong orders and just didn’t know what they was doing . I get everybody has busy nights but it’s all about how you managing what you have so you don’t have customers waiting extremely long waits when food is spouse to be “ ready for pick up “ . Worst service I’ve had in a while . Won’t be back .

Unprofessional staff when having to make a second trip because I didn't receive everything on my order initially

Asked for a pizza they burnt it told them
To make another one they forgot my toppings asked for another and still failed after 3 times
Employees are horrible
Manager rude
Bathroom soooo dirty you might as well use the bathroom in the lobby because the lobby dirty too
It stinks, workers are always on their phone like seriously needs to be shut down
I will be calling corporate.

The food over cooked had to have food re- made the store wasn’t clean , the health department see that they will close it….. do
I recommend this particular Pizza Hut absolutely not..

Employees are always sitting in lobby on the phone, they get up once your order is placed(never see anyone wash hands). The pizza is ALWAYS burnt and the manager has an Horrible attitude! My suggestion is just drive the extra minutes to get better service and food at another location. This establishment really needs to be reevaluated from the cleanliness down to the employees.

Ordered my food before my break and got here and my order wasn’t even made after the app said it was ready. This establishment was very dusty and dirty and the lady got an attitude and told me they didn’t know how to make my veggie pasta that’s why it wasn’t ready. Sad situation and more bad for wasting my time with an app that yall are not even following instructions!!! Close this place down and try again on another planet please.

This is literally the worst Pizza I have ever paid for in my life since the snack bar at the pool when I was 10.
The cheese wasn't even melted. It's like they didn't even try.

Okay, now that I got a piece that was not soaking in hot sauce? The crust was okay.

But you guys need to seriously manage your hot sauce if you're going to send deliveries out.

Okay. We took the cold pizza challenge question mark and you guys win hands down

The flavor is quite delicate actually and balanced with the acidity of the tomato turn the softness of the crust.

I asked for extra sauce and they gave me extra grease. Couldn't even finish because of how much grease was soaking in the pizza and through the pizza box.

Thank God Pizza Hut has a thin and crispy Pizza. I had it delivered. It was scrumptious . I only like thin and crispy Pizza. It was so good. It was delivered while it was still hot. So good. I had only eaten thin and crispy Pizza from a competitor. Both of them have 1st place in my book. Yummy 😋

I want to start by saying that I never leave bad reviews because I don't like to cause harm to anyone who maybe having a bad day. So I give alot of grace when I probably shouldn't. I have ordered from here multiple times and mostly because I love pizza hut, but the last couple times my orders are always something wrong. I had one time they didn't bring me my soda so the driver gave me from their tips the refund. No big deal. The next time I ordered 6 pizzas for my daughter's bday party and they gave me one of them pepperoni when it was meant to be cheese. And this last time I was supposed to get a free pizza from my points and they only sent me the other stuff and not my free pizza from my points. I tried to call and nobody picked up. So now in my frustration I am here with my grievances. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here ever again and I know it's not Pizza Hut but poor management at this branch and even worse customer service.

NEW STAFF is needed!!!! TERRIBLE PIZZA HUT; PIZZA BURNT AND NASTY! I will NEVER, EVER return and STRONGLY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE I know to continue to NOT go to this location! Staff are unbelievably rude, nasty human beings, everytime to everyone! They truly do not care, are there for a pay check.

I order a large pizza and two sides of fries and when I got home with my pizza it was burnt crust hard half of the pizza bubbled and no answer when I called for a refund I’ll be there tomorrow
