I want to start by saying that I never leave bad reviews because I don't like to cause harm to anyone who maybe having a bad day. So I give alot of grace when I probably shouldn't. I have ordered from here multiple times and mostly because I love pizza hut, but the last couple times my orders are always something wrong. I had one time they didn't bring me my soda so the driver gave me from their tips the refund. No big deal. The next time I ordered 6 pizzas for my daughter's bday party and they gave me one of them pepperoni when it was meant to be cheese. And this last time I was supposed to get a free pizza from my points and they only sent me the other stuff and not my free pizza from my points. I tried to call and nobody picked up. So now in my frustration I am here with my grievances. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here ever again and I know it's not Pizza Hut but poor management at this branch and even worse customer service.

Thank God Pizza Hut has a thin and crispy Pizza. I had it delivered. It was scrumptious . I only like thin and crispy Pizza. It was so good. It was delivered while it was still hot. So good. I had only eaten thin and crispy Pizza from a competitor. Both of them have 1st place in my book. Yummy ?

I didn't visit the store, I placed an oder to be delivered and the food was not what I ordered, the pasta was really dry and they didn't cut the Cheese Bread Sticks. The manager stated that he would credit $15 back to me and I never received it.

I waited in the lobby for 12Minutes before I had to yell out “HELLO”. A lady came to the front on her personal cell phone, printed a receipt and said “it’ll be ready in a few minutes” and walked away. If you don’t get better service here, you won’t have customers.

Terrible customer service !!Do not order from Pizza Hut for delivery. Placed an order of 7 items missing over half the order. I tried to call the store many times no answer at all and way to speak to the store directly at all. I end up having to drive all the way up to the store sick dog ,kid ,rain and all for them to tell me, they can't issue a refund without a manager. The manager would not be returning until the next day and it’s nothing they can do. Then tell me I need to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash they send me to Pizza Hut support who informs me that someone would reach out in 1 to 3 business days!!!! Then I can possibly get a refund which also adds more days to processing me a refund. Pizza Hut will never have to worry about me ever ordering from them again. This was not the stores or employees fault let’s be clear.Mistakes happen, but this is terrible customer service and poor way to run a business. Save your money support your local business which I usually do .This is not the way you run or do business . I shouldn’t have to get the run around for my money when they didn’t deliver my food. I feel bad for the employees Pizza Hut provides no support for them either .Go back and look at their replies to their terrible reviews all copy and pasted responses SMH……. So Follow up next day came in and spoke with the manager the staff there is extremely helpful kind and provided great customer service and got my refund . Issue is not with employees it’s PIZZA HUT AND DOORDASH DELIVERY DRIVERS THEY ARE USING BECAUSE OF SHORT STAFF

I ordered curbside no contact. I called 5 times and no one answered the phone. I eventually just went in and got it and then person working the front register had a horrible attitude. I get home and open my wings and this is what I got.

This time after waiting five minutes, I yelled three times if anyone was there, finally someone came out and though app said my order was ready, they went in the back taking more minutes before bringing out my pizza. I’m done here and we prefer Pizza Hut.
